Food was great as usual but “Dining Room Closed Due to Staff Shortages” on a 90 degree day at 6pm. Counted at least 18 team members on the clock not including people in the back on fryers or on break. There were more staff telling people the dining room was closed than would be necessary to clean the tables and run the food. Oddest experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Open to take your money but closed to sit and relax and enjoy your dinner at 6pm? Manager on her phone telling people the dining room was closed could have just been cleaning tables and running food and allow people to enjoy their meals. Ps the booths closed off for team members looks really tacky when you send 6 people on break at the same time to relax but paying customers can’t. Food great. Staff great. Management could use improvement BIG TIME.
My spicy chicken sandwich was dry, it didn’t have sauce on it and pickles were wilted.
Stopped by for some chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and fries. And to my unfortunate surprise the fries were dipped and coated in salt. It was disgusting. I had to stop at wienerschnitzel for an order, and left without an option, I tossed in the trash the extremely salted chick-fil-A fries. Come on Chick-fil-A, you can do better than that. What a waste of food, money, and time.
I was in this establishment to consume a hamburger and some pieces of chicken strips. The next day I ended up in an emergency room for 9 hours, because I was poisoned? by something that was not well cooked or was contaminating. I hope you are more careful with food handling and this does not happen again. this is the last time I consumed in this establishment.??
Foods ok, as a fast food chicken place for occasional stops.Remember closed on Sundays, busy, busy at lunch. ( inside dining room is closed for remodeling. Order line is open.)
Edit review:Unfortunately, they do not allow you to have food the way you want. If you want something extra and they have it and you are willing to pay for it, TOO BAD! They won't do it!Assembly line food no custom orders, no good customer service. They are very indifferent to losing customers and I am a family of 6, but they could careless! When I said that the manager Flor agreed that she was indifferent about losing my business. How sad for a supposedly quality business not to give a damn about a simple addition that I am willing to pay for and losing my business, plus my family's business. ☹Original 5 star review:Great place with no problems, hopefully it will stay that way (having problems with the Blossom Hill location). Please please stay quality! ?
The drive thru was a little slow moving after placing my order , but the food was excellent so yummy worth the waiting for the guest servers were so nice .
Morning manager and male drive thru guy got upset over a bun change at the window because we felt rushed. The manager then proceeded to talk in Spanish as if I didn’t understand how rude she was being. Very inappropriate of her and very inappropriate of the drive they cashier to give attitude either by shoving the bag of food in my face.
Drive- through greeters were super nice and eager to answer my questions about their coffee and lemon ice cream drinks...aka Frosted Coffee/Frosted Lemonade. My French Fries were great! I was very happy to see that they carried Coke products. I ordered a small Coke and Sprite. Then, I walked inside to refill drinks (ate in car). My experience inside was steller. The supervisor was so friendly and kind. It was super clean.
Parking lot is a mess, crowded but the employees move the crowd pretty efficiently. Ordered mobile and we ready in 5 minutes. Good work to the crew.
