Went to this location today at around 10:30. Originally when we walked up there was a lady in front and immediately she walked in the back. We waited about 15 mins and she never cameOut. We went to a few stores and wanted to come back to eat here. At this point it’s 11am and she’s still in back. Never got anyone to take our order. Just avoid this place all together. She SAW us walk up and immediately walked away
First time ordering from Charley's and we were not impressed!It lacked flavor, we hardly noticed any cheese and it was cold too. Even though only 5-8 mins have passed from picking up our order to sitting down to eat. Also, the bread was not freshly baked, it was toasted and partly burned. Very disappointing!Also, I was contacted by management about " making it right" all I got was empty promises. It's all good, I'll just be faithful to Jersey Mike's across the street.
The mall is open till 8p.m. on Sunday but I came here at 6:45p.m. and the worker said they're closed. I'm confused as to why you would turn customers away an hour and 15 minutes before closing?
We went shopping at this mall, didn't stay to long, also had lunch there. The parking here is horrible all the time.
Appetizers (stuffed mushrooms)were cold, after two attempts by the waitress to fix them. The food was brought up 15 minutes apart… just terrible.
Love their sandwiches! Wish there were more around.
Been a frequent costumer but the food was nasty this time. Ordered bacon & cheese fries like always. Im sure the bacon was raw. It was stuck together and it was super cold. Not even crispy.The lady argued it was fine. I know raw when I see one, I cook for a living. Just tossed it. Waste of $5. Not coming back.
The price is reasonable and the food quality is so good. I often stopped by every time I went to the mall at dinner time
Waited 30min for two sandwiches. One was sitting there for 10min, while the meat for the second was placed on the grilled the moment th called the number before mine. Staff seems really poorly trained, last time i eat here.
