Food is tasty but it took a long time to be plated. My wife’s shrimp burrito was hardly warm, but it was very tasty.
Great food. Friendly service. Only one complaint: The reason I can't give 5 stars is that the ambiance doesn't in any way match the eye watering prices charged.
Wow, my burrito was full of tasty meat! Not stuffed with beans and rice.. very impressed
Way to over prized and the staff is not friendly. They have fold up tables for seating and that horrible.
Truly fresh ? ingredients and deliciously cooked. Chalatrleco Tacos were perfect with tons of flavor. Definitely want to come back for the rest of the huge menu!
Love, authentic the fresh made while you wait food. But the wait time can be excessive. Not sure what the kitchen situation.
Great food I’m not sure why people are reviewing the temperature of the restaurant. It’s all about the food .
Nice family place great service not to expect ?
We went to Chalateco for the first time recently. This is a simple place. Like others said: folding tables and metal chairs. The experience is not very different from a Taco truck, but it’s still a restaurant. And people are super nice. My kids really liked the flautas. I tried one as well, they are nice. I had the tacos with asada and pastor. Also nice, if anything a little on the greasy side. We didn’t try any of the Salvadorian dishes, they have pupusas that look nice. The Horchata was definitely too sweet. All in all, it’s not a “wow” place, but it’s ‘around the corner’ and has decent food. We will go there again. And I give it 4 stars for what it is.
Micheladas and food nasty
