So great tacos! We ordered fish tacos and cajun shrimp tacos. Fish was pretty crunch and delicious. It was first time to visit and we want to go there again to try another foods. These are reasonable prices, especially given the current inflation. I feel like California Fish Grill is seafood version of Mendocino. Great flavor with good ingredients, clean environment and friendly staffs.
Visited this place for early dinner. Tried the Hawaiian shrimp combo which was good. Great coconut taste in the bigger shrimp.The salmon salad had really fresh salmon, melt-in-your-mouth type! However my friend the salad overall to be on the sweeter side and didn't really enjoy it.Will go back to try other items.
Good place for lunch or a light dinner. We got the fried fish sandwich and a standard plate with grilled rockfish, garlic butter, oceanslaw, and roasted corn.
Craving fish? Head to California fish and grill!! Loved the food and reasonably priced.Outdoor seating is cool! It’s a place once you discover you will want to go back again and again.
You NEED to try this place...it is AMAZING! I'm in Santa Cruz and Monterey most weekends...but this is the best seafood I've had in a long time. Try the Sea Bass with garlic butter, and it's worth the extra to get the corn and asparagus. Big shout out to our server Angel. Best customer service I've experienced in a while also. Note to owners...if he's not on a track for a leadership position...you're doing something wrong.
Clean store and friendly staff. Parking space is a little limited in the plaza during peak hours. I usually order online and they always get order ready fast and correct.Food here is good and the fish is tasty. Kids meals are good price and my kids like their chicken meal.
The spicy Cajun salmon sandwich was flavorful but not as spicy as advertised, the meal came with plenty of french fries. The fried calamari was enjoyable and cut in a way that made it a finger food. This establishment is located in a busy Plaza so parking may be a challenge, but worth it.
This location is the best. Have yet going to the Almaden Ranch site, in comparasion this spot is so much better food cooked to perfection.
Two main dishes plus one drink only cost $30 before tips. They are fresh and tasty.
