Do not come to this place, the service was awful and the server missed items we had ordered and it took forever to get drinks and food on our table. Aside of this on our way out we were shocked. There’s no security at all in the parking lot, someone broke into our rental vehicle and took our electronics and luggage. We spoke to the manager in the restaurant and they have no surveillance camera and the security guards are not helpful at all. Other people were also victims of this smash and grab trend and saw luggage thrown in the parking lot. We are really disappointed as tourists, don’t waste your time here it’ll be expensive and they already know this happens a lot in the parking lot!!
You will definitely spend at least an hour and a half on your visit. It's shocking the lag time between getting seated, waiting to have your order taken, and the wait to receive your food. Every visit so far the dining time has been outrageously long even on the most quiet of nights. Food is as good as can be, nothing to brag home about. Don't visit with an empty stomach, it'll add to the desperation.
I called in an order was on hold for 7 minutes and had to repeat my order several times which was understandable if they were busy…upon placing my order I made for certain that I said BONELESS WINGS and in response the other worker who took my order said the exact order back to me. To my surprise when I arrived at the register the person at the register promptly walked away. 6 more minutes or so later the worker slowly walked back and finally rung me up. I had noticed that the price was a lot higher than what I usually paid for that item so I was concerned if I got the right thing. The worker said, “yup this is it”. Because my work is in a rush I promptly left not thinking about my order. As soon as I got to my work and opened it, what do you know? It’s the WRONG THING. Not only that but it was cold. I was told BY THE WORKER the food will be ready in 40 minutes. I waited those 40 minutes. I waited 40 minutes to get a wrong Luke-warm order. I double checked to make sure that perhaps he gave me the wrong order which would make total sense as to why my food was the way it was. But NO. My name was in plain view, this was one thousand percent what this person had placed instead of my order. Overall terrible service, awful wait time, and all the workers look like headless chickens scurrying around and laughing with one another when at least one of them could have helped with the line that was swarming the register.
Updated review: There is no point going on website and adding further information. It’s been a month and nobody bothered to reach out. Bad experience overall.Original Review: I ordered wings, onion rings and fried pickles. Onion rings and pickles were burnt to the level that they were black. Didn’t expect that from Buffalo Wild Wings.
Ordered some wings and cauliflower wings with some sauces but they given just wings no sauces at all. Very disappointed ?
This place is ridiculous. I’ve ordered twice and they have messed up both! This time I ordered a 10 piece wing deal and received only 7 wings. That shouldn’t even happen. You should be making sure orders are made properly before handing them to people. The first time I let it go but now a second?? Yeah I won’t be returning
great ambience.. good food but the service was pretty slow. no body came to the table to take order or service. we had to wait for a long time. otherwise had a good time. ordered some wings and cheese curds. both were fresh and hot.
I just ordered bogo boneless wings and I received bone wings.Worst ordering and I don't recommend this to anyone.People please look at the order before pickup.I had to travel 30miles to and fro for this.Worst ordering.

This place was really dead when we stopped by the host weren’t really helpful the reason I’m giving this restaurant a 5 star is because the bartender here was super interactive super attentive super friendly and helpful. She deserved the excellent tip I left, I will be returning just because she is super nice.Not to mention the cider here is the best I’ve had in since I’ve been here in San Jose.The food was really good took awhile to get but it was worth it.
