I really enjoy the food but the customer satisfaction is not always a guarantee!! love the tacos
Chicken is delicious but I ordered tonight paid 3270 for my order went there was told to be 5 minutes then told him to be 10 minutes then told it to be 5 more minutes then told they didn't have my order in the kitchen but they had it in the front of the restaurant. After 1 hour of waiting I didn't get my order and I still haven't received a refund obviously they are inept and not very smart. Ended up leaving at 9:25 with nothing and no refund yet.
Felt overpriced for what you get. But food itself was decent.
Really good strips. I had half and half. Spicy is pretty spicy. Very nice and helpful staff as well.
Finally tried this place after years of hearing good things and came away impressed. Chicken tender medium order was flavorful, but a bit dry. Coleslaw was excellent as were the seasoned fries. Only real complaint was that the prices were high. $40 for a 2 person lunch seems a bit steep IMO
I go there with my daughter and come home with small pieces in 1 box and barely any sauce on my straps. Very disappointed. They have changed so much. Left message for the manager and owner. Was told they are training.. Thats not my [email protected]
Had heard much about this place and was very eager to try it. It was decent enough but hardly worth the hype. Nothing wrong with it but "above average" is about the best I can describe it.
I've never eaten there but they gave me some ice water which I so desperately need it thank you
Was excited to try BonChon and thought it would be a quick fix. We came in and placed an order (10 wings, takoyaki, bulgogi, fries and rice) at 5:20 PM on a Friday and only had order ready at. 6:06 PM. I felt horrible for the staff since every other customer was irritated and came up to complain about the long wait and I didn’t want to add on to that however management should try to understand what could’ve been done better that day (understaffed? Didn’t start prep far in advance?). It was an extremely long wait for a fairly simple order. And had I not checked, they forgot my bulgogi and takoyaki. Food is good but not 40 min wait good.
Had the Korean 3 spicy tacos, fresh tortillas, spicy not too spicy chicken topped with coleslaw. Friendly staff, thank you after a long day of travel, I appreciated the smile and service.
