We ordered through doordash and received a box of soggy chickens. The wings were replaced with drumsticks! The bimbimbap main course was pathetically small with almost no meat or rice inside. Yikes!
Don't go to this location. The portions are the smallest of any franchise location I've seen and the fried rice wasn't even correctly done. This place should go under, go to a different bonchon location instead, the one on McKee is vastly better.
One of our favorite places to order from! They’re very fast with orders. A bit pricey but worth it... Although Sometimes chicken is over cooked. I spoke with a manager about it the last time they told me they would talk to the chef about it.. overall good food good taste
I've been to Bonchon many times. They used to be top notch wings. Lately they have been serving party wings and not whole wings with the tips and the quality of the product has been lacking. My last wings yesterday were possible frozen and not fresh prior to frying. For the price, this is no longer a good value. Maybe a supply issue with their fresh wings? My drumsticks in the combo was still fantastic and fresh. Hopefully they turn this around.
I agree customer service sucks. And don't bother to order online. It doesn't take the 20 minutes to cook. It takes an hour and no one calls to tell you that you are going to have to wait.
I went with my friends and we enjoyed the food, we ate Katsu and the Katsu was good. The best place to eat
Good food, bad service. They play too loud music, they don't call your name when the food is ready. Well they didn't do that when I was ordered the food and waited 45 min waiting and waiting. Someone came after me and got their food before us.... I'm like why didn't you call, we were sitting right in front of you guys ... That's what happens when you play loud club music at a restaurant in the middle of the day. I did not like their service. I don't think I'd go back to that same spot again.
The food was delicious, and our waiter was very friendly.
