This had been a favorite of ours for a long time but lately that has definitely changed. It is very expensive but feels super cheap. $100 for 3 people without it being that much food.Food: we usually get the drumsticks with spicy and soy garlic sauce, these are still pretty good which why it gets more than one star. They nice and big and although i wish they were more saucy overall good.Service: the waitress did a good job and although we kept having to remind her of things it was good. The thing we liked the least and has totally changed was how cheap everything is. They now give you paper plates, disposable silverware, plastic cups and bowls. Just all around sooo cheap but yet the prices have remained the same. It feels like we ate ar taco bell. Very unfortunate.Overall we have decided to not come back which is sad to us. The service just isn't the same

These Bon Chons all serve differently and seem to be going down hill. The prices are extreme and there products aren't the same.. Came here to Blossom Hill because Santa Teresa sucks! To get the radish in a small container instead of the usual container. I'll be calling the corporate office. I don't recommend them anymore. Higher prices low quality, customer service sucks. They don't answer phones and they scam. Fraudulent menus. You order and you don't get the items they had with no warning. I don't recommend them anymore. They gave us a small container for sauces and we paid the usual high price for what we are use to. We usually get the big container like the rice container. Disappointed ☹️

The slowessssst bon chon in San Jose! Every single time! I even call ahead of time and I’m still waiting over 30min ,last time I waiting at least 45 min there was only one table with customers and I was the only person waiting for my to go order. Food is always good Except for this last time I went (and waited the longest I’ve ever waited)chicken had no flavoring on it it was just fried! it’s expensive plus I waiting over 30 min very disappointing! Update: owner replied to this review to email them…. I sent a email and never got a response!?? Seems like the owner /manager just want to “act” they they care …..

Thia was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last! We ordered apps to eat there and ordered our entrees to go, since we were taking food to our friend. Bryan and Jacob were the FOH servers. They were very knowledgeable about the menu. We got the suggested beer and were very pleased...which prompted me to buy a 4 pack from their selection of craft beer to take home. The food was on point-good job BOH, nailed it! The service was excellent. I hope the owner sees this, you have an excellent crew! Can't wait to go back!

They call me and said one of my order is not available after I parked my car on curbside. It was an hour after I made my order. I will watch out the right refund for not available order. ( There was no apologies.)To owner : Order #18865705Update,It was very dry drumsticks. I usually ordered from Mountain view location, it was not like this dry at all. As it’s fried chicken, it supposed to be crispy outside and moist inside. But it was just so dry even inside.

I love this place. Amazing taste and great customer service . The lady the worked and helped take my order on two different occasions was amazing. She was very friendly and very efficient with managing all the orders . Lots of seating and good parking .

Really friendly staff.Love the fried chicken, especially the spicy one. Also ordered Bulgogi, but it was just ok. Not very authentic. Overall still ok.

One major problem here is inconsistency of the food quality. It's been my go-to place for Korean-style fried chickens for many years. Over those years, I've seen their changes in their chicken size selections for wings (my family favorite) and their cut style changes especially for their strips (my personal favorite). I'm not saying that there was a problem in that. It's pretty normal that a restaurant try to change and improve. The inconsistency comes down to how much chickens are fried and how they are coated with the sauce. Sometimes they are in a perfect condition that deserves full five stars. However, in many other times, they are too much fried and so hard to chew. These days their strips are thinner than before and when it's too much fried, it's so hard with dry meat inside, more like a cracker or something. Another problem that I see is the sauce is not evenly mixed with the chickens so some parts are much saltier and vice versa. I believe their foods will be wonderful without a doubt if they can maintain a consistency at their best.

Spicy chicken is so good it's going to make you want to slap your moma.MOTHERS, you've been warned.

The flavors were pretty good (half soy garlic, half spicy) but the chicken gave me food poisoning within a few hours.
