Definitely a great place to sit down and get some work done on a laptop or even read for a few hours. The coffee is great, not bitter at all. The only thing to be weary of is the parking. It is so difficult to find parking in the area. A lot of it is metered, there is construction in the area so some of it is just blocked off, but there are also paid lots or valet down the street.

I’ve been here twice and both time’s were extremely disappointing. I’ve tried two different boba milk teas here and each one I couldn’t finish. They put WAY too much honey in the drink. The actual liquid doesn’t taste like tea at all, just lukewarm milk… the prices are high especially for the quality. Boba texture was a little off.
Bobos drinks are delicious. I always ask for the berry berry jar or the mango love jar.On some ocassions the mint chocolate chip smoothie with black pearls can also be my go to.
No one even recognizes you when you walk in and people are just waiting for 30 minutes while people working don’t even look at you working on all the online orders while people trying to order in person are just all waiting cluelessly wondering when we’ll be able to order. Terrible service.
I ordered a crepe, I tried to ask the lady for a refund or if they can give me a new one, she was Very rude and just said “ no I can’t fix it” then hung up. Totally unprofessional., I usually get this crepe and it always has a lot of ice cream, it has less than a scoop and was like 8$. Also I asked for peanut butter and didn’t get it either.
The boba is good. The pearls were slightly chewy but the tea was delicious
The customer service person was good and polite.I had the taro milk tea with bobas. It was quiet refreshing and tasted good! Will surely visit again.
7 dollar coffee, and they didn’t even fill the cup. The size of the cup was pretty small to begin with, utterly disappointed and will never be back. Not to mention the coffee was so bitter.
Below average Jasmine Milk Tea. Asked for without ice. Got charged 4.95 for Tea. $1.00 for no ice and $0.50 for Large(they only have large size cups). Total close to $7.00 Will not be going ever again. Also, the cup was not filled to the rim (the pic is after couple sips to taste for the review). ???
