Overall the food was nothing special especially considering how expensive it was. Service was fine. The side salad was goodOysters were a bit lacking, ordered the Miyagi oysters. Found it interesting how the sauces came in to go dipping cups instead. The tempura orange roughy tasted bland and the fried pickles were very salty
Tried the basket and fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. For the basket I tried the catfish bites and shrimp. The catfish was amazing, soft and tender inside with just enough crunchy crust... The shrimp were good. Fries with light Cajun hit the spot. The fettuccine alfredo had lots of shrimp and were also good.Great service.
Delicious food. My only issue is paying $14 for 3 oysters in the oysters Rockefeller. But they were fantastic.
Ok dining experience, but the servers needs to be more attentive. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and has a nice decor/ambiance. We were there for happy hour so only got small plates, which ranged from ok to pretty good.Service was pleasant and acceptable when the server was available; though this was far too rare an occurrence. It was NOT busy and there were plenty of staff milling about. However, after our initial order was served, each time we needed anything or wanted to order more food/drinks, we had to wait 10+ minutes looking around in a futile effort to find our server only to eventually have to flag down another table's server to ask them to find our server.
This was my first experience at Blue Water Seafood and Crab restaurant. The menu is impressive. The service excellent and the highlight was the food. I had Fresh fried crispy shrimp and a teriyaki bowl with scallop and calamari with choice of vegetables over rice. Everything was EXCELLENT fresh food. I ordered Another side dish the crab bisque. It was was greasy and I replaced with creamy clam chowder. I will be back!
My mother and I found this place when we were staying in Santa Clara for the SF game that weekend. I dodnt know what to expect. Good atmosphere. Just one small issue but it is totally understandable and that it does happen. They took care of it so I give them a 5!
Went here for a company holiday dinner. The cajun fries and boneless chicken were very tasty. The Chinese buns are Americanized, but were actually pretty decent!

The food was awesome! Fresh, hot and delicious. We had a bunch of appetizer: the tempura asparagus was light and not greasy...the mussels were floating in delicious garlic and butter...the coconut shrimp were large and crispy. Everything was generous portions except the scallops, which were just 3, so that's why the 4 instead of 5 stars.
Online menu has not a single price listed. When I go places on dates I like to check item prices in advance to make sure I'm not choosing the most expensive thing on the menu & when I get there I want to spend more time on conversation vs reviewing prices on the menu.
