I would usually rate this place a 1 star but tonight a server in the bar area changed my heart about this restaurant. Usually when entering this restaurant my husband and I never get greeted. Everyone that’s in the front looks at us in confusion. No hi hello nothing welcoming. We went straight to the bar area because we are never offered to be seated.Today, the server, Katy M. Was the greatest server we’ve had there. Husband and I have been going there for a year now and today Katy was giving us a 11/10 customer service. She’s so awesome always checked in and made sure our drinks were refilled before we can even notice we needed anything. I love her customer service and this has been the best server we have had. Thank you Katy!!

Ambiance is good. We were seated outside since it was full seating inside. The TV outside was not working when we wanted to watch Game5 of the GS warriors against the Dallas Mavs. We ordered some Pinot Noir and they didn't have wine glasses. The waiters didn't even know what were they serving when we asked them what was the beverage they gave us. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our food because we were hungry. I also enjoyed the beers. There's a lot of drinks and food to choose from.

Good atmosphere with many drink options for days so if you love cocktails ? and beers ? this is the place! The booths are comfortable and cozy. The bar is very impressive very cool to look at. The food is pretty good and decent prices. I wish they would have told us how big the nacho plate was absolutely massive. So I hardly had any room left for my main course. Still I recommend this place for groups because of how much food you get.

Bartender Jason ? He always takes great care of us! Love the Beer Cub also

good food ,service and brew

We used to love going to BJ's. We started having some poor experiences coming out of the pandemic where portions shank and service was poor with orders wrong and took forever. We went back for a special occasion and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the prime rib special that came with a lot and had good portions. We received quick courteous service and everything was wonderful. Try their Light Switch Ale too. Went well with the Prime Rib meal. So glad we went back. We walked out very satisfied.

We're not from this state and I didn't know there are different menu items. I asked my server for a sweet tea to which she replied "sweet tea, yes". She repeated our tables drinks and came back with, surprise, a plain iced tea. When I asked her if I had ordered the wrong thing she said "no we don't have sweetened tea". She never brought me sugar or offered, but I would have appreciated her telling me they don't have it rather than just assuming I'll be dumb enough to not notice my tea is plain. Secondly, she was rushing our orders to the point she actually left without taking the last person's order. I had to get up and tell her. Third, she brings me the wrong dinner. I know I pointed to the picture AND stated the name of the plate I wanted, but she brought the wrong things and quickly blamed the kitchen. None of my table wanted to eat until my food came, so theirs was cold by the time my came out. No apologies was given. We originality planned on staying for dessert, but decided we couldn't take another minute of this craziness. We went and ordered curbside cheesecakes at cheesecake factory.

Server was wonderful. Food took almost an hour. When it came out my pizza was raw. So raw when cutting through it with my knife it just stretched. My husband's fried chicken sandwich was super sad. The bun swallowed up the chicken piece. Super thin and barely any breading when it was supposed to be crispy and deep fried. I went in wanting a pizookie but after an hour and a half sitting and a terrible meal we just wanted out. Super disappointed. We love BJs.

I used to love BJ's but since a little before the Pandemic began, their overall quality has declined. Servers are great, but dishes and utensils are sometimes dirty, along with booths not being cleaned. Food comes out luke warm, and the bathroom cleanliness is atrocious. They need to step it up a bit.

I ordered a family dinner online when my wife picked it up the portions were half of what they normally were suppose to be and it was cold. I called the restaurant to complain about it 2 people transferred me to speak to a manager. The Manger Max insisted that he wanted pictures and he didn't even apologize or believe there was an issue. This is the second time this has happened to me and I didn't bother to call the other tike, but I order here often and I started to notice the portions were getting smaller and smaller.
