We stopped in for a few beers and appetizers before heading to PayPay Stadium. We had the Ultimate Nachos and Cheese Flatbread. Both were delicious. All of the staff we came into contact with were very friendly.
kyle is absolutely amazing. he is one of the food runners that usually brings out our food. kyle is an absolute gentleman and puts a smile on the faces of everyone he delivers their food to. he is sure to crack anyone up and is the biggest reason i will be returning to bj’s brew house. 10/10 to kyle ! ?
Awesome restaurant for dine in. The ambience is good. We have tried many dishes here and our experience was great everytime. I love their Pizookie dessert and the veggie delight burger very much, its too delicious. You will have to wait at least 30 45 mins if you are going during peak hours. Thank for the Good Food!
Came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday night with my BF and our daughter. We got seated right away but the tables next to us were filled with dirty dishes. We ordered our food and the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. After a while she came to tell us that our food would be out shortly and apologize for the delay with my BF beer but they only had one bartender working. She was very polite so we told her we understood and it was ok. I took my daughter to use the restroom and it was also a mess. It looked gross like no one had cleaned it for a long time. But my daughter was potty training so we had no choice but to use it. We got back and the food was ready. It was all ok. Nothing really special. I did have a pizookie reward and those are always yummy. We paid and left. And still no one came by to pick up the dirty dishes from the other tables. The waitress was really the only good thing about our experience but I felt bad for her. I mean I understand companies are trying to recover from the pandemic but seriously hire more staff and clean your place. Not sure if we will be back to this location.
My wife and I visited this location once again and we were greeted by one of the hostess, we waited 15 min before we got our table, Angelina our server was friendly and very attentive, she took the time to suggest and explain some of the items on the menu, she took our drink order and the appetizer, although the original wings wasn't available she suggested other items, she placed our order and didn't take that long, the ribeyes were cooked the way we wanted, she checked on our table right on time.!!! We don't go very often but the times we been there, service is always great and food awesome!!!
Terrible service. After being seated we waited 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order (after asking a hostess to find our server for us to order) and an hour before our food came out. Our server was seriously all over the place and no one came to check on us or refill our drinks the duration of our dining experience. Definitely won’t be back. Food was good shout-out to the cook.
HIGH prices, LOW quality!My $30 steak had so much gristle that I could only swallow 50% of each bite because it was so chewy and hard to swallow.The manager seemed unphased and unconcerned. He only took a few dollars off even though there were many problems throughout the meal from start to finish.Barely warm appetizers, missing ingredients for dessert and everything between a subpar experience of food and service.Food and service barely tolerable. ?Plus they allow MOLD to build up in the bathroom as pictured. ?I guess they don't know about mold and midew removers. ?

I placed an order at 6:33pm with a ready time of 7pm, the food was not ready until 7:35pm. Almost an hour later after i placed it. I had a similar experience with a past order but it seems that its the same. I checked in curbside at 7pm, since my food was going to be ready by. I received the notification at 7:15pm that my food was being packed, at 7:25pm still no sign of nothing, i walked in and they told me that my fries were still not ready by the time i got my food it was 7:35. My pizza was cold and my food was luke warm, when received. The only thing that was hot was the fries.
I have actually eaten in restaurant before, but this review is based on curbside pickup . I have ordered more than once before with the curbside pick up and usually it is not ready by the time they say it will be and I wait forever in my car and usually have to get out to get the order, if I decide to wait in my car they don’t come out for 10 minutes or so . The food is good but usually cold, and I only live like 5 min from the restaurant.
