If I could I give the establishment zero stars i would. I was looking forward to try this place. Came in for Saturday dinner party of 2, started off great, we were greeted by three different people, and got a table super fast at about 8pm. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and seems like everyone was already served. Server came to the table pretty quick took our drink order and NEVER came by to take our order. The 3 guys that greeted us keep going to the other tables but NEVER checked on us. After about 15 to 20minutes of waiting and finished our drinks we decided to leave without having dinner. One of the guy said he was the chef when I told them we are leaving and just want to pay for our drinks, had time to have drinks with one of customers but doesn't have time to check on other tables. Oh don't know how many he had already before we got there, he knocked over drinks while sitting at the bar.I have NEVER had service this bad in my life, especially at a Vietnamese own restaurant!!!!
Below expectations. Do not recommend. Cheap food quality (if you are health conscious).Ambience was poor, kitchen quality was poor, dining experience was poor.Servers were cool and service was good.
They have great customer service. Always good when you venture out and get great food and service at a reasonable price. They are a hidden gem.

This was by far the worst restaurant I have been in the US. The seafood was quite off and the servers were not accommodating!
Good local place for sea food and drinks. The atmosphere here has really changed since covid. No more smoking is allowed at the outside tables which is nice for us but sucks for the original crowd. Now its more of a family restaurant with kids and people bringing dogs outside as well
Love the oysters here. Party/fun vibes. Got the small oysters that cost a bit more.
Good food, chill place, affordable price n good service. I love their oysters. The milky which i forgot the name. U guys should try it out.
We loved the fresh seafood served here. Tanks of live lobster, crab, etc. Large TVs in sports bar atmosphere. Lively and fun. Outdoor seating was nice. The service was very good. Big T’s seafood restaurant is getting a 4 star rating because they did not honor a restaurant.com certificates. They are Listed on restaurant.com but the waiter denied this and refused to allow us to speak to the manager or give us the manager/owner’s email address. This was disappointing. Especiallywe because we discovered the restaurant only on restaraunt.com and wedrove quite a ways to go to this restaurant. We only knew about this place because of the advertisement on restaraunt.com. We went way out of our way and we’re not rewarded as expected. .Because of this, we will probably not go back there. They should have given us the Benefit of the doubt.
