I've ordered delivery from here several times here so far and the food has generally been great. My only complaint with the food so far is that Green Smoothie arrived mostly frozen -- the first time I ordered one the it was partially frozen but still drinkable, but the second time it was completely frozen and I had to throw it in the blender with some liquid to get it drinkable. I understand that having it being a bit frozen is probably helpful for delivery, but it seemed a bit excessively frozen to me.

While food is really great and safe for people with celiac, if their online ordering system glitches or goes down for any reason, they have no ability to accept or move forward with orders placed any other way. A huge hassle and waste of time. While the staff was helpful in trying to resolve the problem for me, it was an extremely frustrating experience to know that the restaurant I wanted to order from was literally just inside around the corner, was ready and waiting to take orders, but had no way of serving me the “old fashioned”/manual way. Plus, there was no option for me to go inside and access the restaurant directly, face-to-face.That’s the irony of using a format that tries to be so tech-heavy; when something goes down, even the easiest solution (in-person ordering) is unavailable, despite every other necessary part of the scenario being ready and available to get it done. A very frustrating and unfortunate experience today. As much as I love their food and their mission, I don’t think I will be returning to this complex in the future, despite it being one of the VERY few takeout options that’s safe for me as a person with celiac disease. ?

Surprise find. Great food. Confusing to order, seems like they do not offer beverages. Also you MUST check in to see where your food is, hint it's in the designated locker. I waited 10 extra minutes before being able to ask where my food was. BUT, worth the wait.

Honestly a kind of weird experience. Ended up getting the chicken and pork mixed bowls, with a side of the chickpea/potato mix.Starting with the good, the pork and chickpea/potatoes were indeed tender and pretty tasty. I also liked that it was a healthy and cheap option when it came to fast food and they actually used paper packaging, so I respect all that. However, onto the bad. Both bowls did not have all of the veggies listed (missing carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower), and looked like they were thrown together with the littlest effort possible. Clearly nothing like the photos they have online. The lettuce they used looked straight out of a pre-bagged mix buried in the back of your fridge. The sauces that came with the bowls (chipotle and balsamic) were both alright at best. Though, neither tasted like what their names suggested. The chicken honestly looked like it came out of a can. (Questioned what I was eating a couple times) The potato/chickpea mix was also kinda bleh looking.Overall, I didn't dislike it, just disappointed with it all. It tasted fine and for the price it's not awful. It just seemed like from the reviews it was going to be something more than it ever could be. I'm also suspicious that many reviews on both Google and Yelp might be fake, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

I ordered the chicken mix bowl and the amount of chicken they put in there made me think it was a prank. The chicken portion was soo little and when I took it back they gave me more but they said they only put 16 grams of chicken in their bowls!!! It’s a portion thing!!I definitely will not get food from here anymore. But if you’re ordering their bowls, beware that its just a big salad with a hint of protein. And if you order the smoothie, they put a tiny paper straw which makes the drinking a torture :)))

Really, really tasty food. Such a wonderful mix of flavors and textures. The green smoothie was super refreshing and my gut isn’t wrecked after drinking it.. yay! I’m really cheering this business on! Being so, I’m hesitant to say that protein was a little scarce. I even ordered extra meat and still was left wanting more. BUT it’s so flavorful and moist and I’m sure it’s a bit of a tightrope walk trying to balance quality ingredients and costs. All said, GREAT concept. The world needs more of this.

Located inside Ruff Food Pick-up complex. I used Google Lens to read the QR code and selected the restaurant I wanted to order. It was very easy to order and pickup. Better Order before and go. There was no place to sit and wait. As soon as the food is ready a text was sent and it mentioned which bin my food was. Contactless transaction. Ben's was pretty fast and the food was tasty and felt healthy.

We like it. So far our favorite dish is the hearty chicken bowl. The food is fresh, and simple if you need it simple. I have many food sensitivities and am grateful to have found this place.

The bowls are amazing here. You can really notice the ingredients being fresh and made to order. Very flavorful sauces that add to the taste of the bowl. A little pricey with each bowl ending up being 15$

Just FYI: this place is an order before and pick up kind of place. It's basically a warehouse where you pick up your food from a locker once it's ready. That being said, food was good and clean, only took about 20 min for them to prep the food. I didn't realize what the place was before we showed up but that was definitely my fault for not reading enough. It's a very cool idea especially in a pandemic and we had a good experience
