Got to baskin robin at 9:47pm wanted a banana split lady told me she couldnt make it cuz it would take 10mins to make & they'd be close by then.

It's not open during it's hours! Here at 11 and no one is here what's up? The pictures I uploaded were taken at 11 no sign or explanation it's been like this for at least a week too
Girsl are rude and don't wash their hands to serve you, after handling money.
Great customer service with excellent selections
Went in to get a milkshake and they screwed it up. It was basically just flavored milk. Then when I went back for a replacement they gave the wrong flavor. I didn't know it was that hard to make a milkshake.

Came in at 9:02 the hours on Google say open until 10pm.ok so I see the open sign is still on and while im done parking getting my facemask on I see there is a Asian couple inside still ordering ice cream and being helped out, so I say cool there still open and I walk inside and am immediately told they are closed even though they are still helping out the Asian couple (I wonder if they got free ice cream since yhey are closed how will the customer pay?).So I leave even though all I wanted were 18 prepackaged quarts or whatever they had in the refrigerator available since I wanted to see what flavors they had ready of because I was going to place a big order for my child's birthday and we wanted her to see which flavor she likes better to order that flavor for around 300 people and maybe 3 or 4 ice cream cakes, but I instead went to a different location becayse of their unhelpful and terrible staff they lost an easy 1000 dollars in ice cream and 15 percent in tips.
Bad customer service employees are super rude. I could rate this place a 0 the one at story has a better customer service. Will never ever come order here again
