Once I spoke in Vietnamese she was quiet and realized she got caught for harassing me. If I publicly wrote what she did, she would maybe be fired I don’t know because it was on purpose. She wouldn’t even let me swipe my card by myself so I could see the price. She made me give her my card. If I saw the price, I would of told her to correct it and we wouldn’t have a problem and she knew my drink, she just decided to leave a topping out to make me mad when all I wanted was to get my drink and leave. I compromised with her the entire time and when I even asked her to charge me for the topping that SHE forgot, she said she couldn’t so the person I am, I walk back to my car and grab some change and as I walk back in I heard her and the other lady in Vietnamese saying “I’m drama” and that was literally the last straw for me. That was extremely disrespectful and totally uncalled for. If you talk behind all your customers back like that to people who don’t know Vietnamese, you shouldn’t even be in business. You guys need to do better. Also the boba should of been free because it was her mistake or could of at least charged my card for the topping because it was obvious with the look on her face when I asked that she could of but didn’t. Also please in the future don’t ever judge someone by their physical appearance. That’s extremely rude. Treat everyone with respect.
This is literally the only Bambu that provides such high quality, delicious drinks. Their coconut milk is not watered down like other Bambus and their toppings are consistently fresh and chewy. If you want to try bambu, definitely come to this one on Hostetter Bc their products are actually delicious and good quality.
Last night I ordered 3 drinks from here. One of which was an avocado smoothie. When they given to me, I asked the cashier why my avocado smoothie was brown. He replied, “They got over ripped avocados.” After drinking it for awhile, I noticed it had a bitter taste. By that time, we were already home. Obviously, the avocados were just over ripped, they were spoiled.
Best avocado smoothie server was very nice she change my drink when I ordered the wrong drink with smile really appreciate great service

They were very rude. I asked the girl about something on the menu and she said if you want to know what it tastes like you should buy it.
Hazenult coffer they use coffee creamer to give the hazelnut flavor. Worse place everGo to the one in milpitas.
Nice look but the taste doesn’t match the look. In other word, the taste is not very good. The Che Thai I only drank 1/3 of it, nothing impressive and got tired of it very soon. Matcha Lava Latte was too sweet and for the matcha in terms of smell and taste both failed. Pink Dragon got some nice fruit and is the only ok drink in the order.
I like that they allow you to customize your che. Choose coconut milk or coconut water. 3 bases (such as diff kinds of beans or Taro or lotus seeds) and choose 3 toppings (suong sa hot lieu, chia seeds, pandan jelly etc). Ranges from $5.50-$6.50 depending if you choose coconut milk or water. Really liked it!
If I could inject the hazelnut drink into my veins, I would. Delicious drinks and fast service.
