I grew up on the east coast and I can confirm this place is the real deal. I don’t mind driving 15 minutes out of my way to grab a bagel from Bagel Guys because it will always be the right balance of crispy and chewy with lots of good flavor from their spreads and toppings.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Missing items on order and when contacting the store for refund or at the very least, bringing missing items to my hotel, they wouldn’t do it.This was not an Uber Eats delivery or service issue. They did their job well. It’s all on Bagel Guys Bakery.Person I spoke to at Bagel Guys acknowledged the mistake but took no responsibility for making it right.Oh, and the bagel along with the other items like OJ and mixed berries were mediocre at best. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
I’m not picky with food and will try to finish something even if it’s not that great but I couldn’t finish this. I noticed a funny smell before I even took it out of the bag. This bacon isn’t even crispy it’s literally burnt to a crisp. There’s no chew to it at all it’s like chips. The taste itself reminds me of the burnt popcorn at the bottom of a bag after leaving it in the microwave too long.

I ordered coffee beans + bagels on Uber Eats. The first order they charged me for the coffee but didn't send it.I had to work with Uber to get my money back, and I decided to give the store another shot and ordered espresso beans from Verve.Bean are only fresh 2 weeks from their roast date. This place sent me beans roasted 36 days ago. What a waste of money.The bagels were fine, but the sandwich was not worth $13.

Quick, tasty, customizable. What more do you need in a breakfast sandwich? This place is always spot on with your orders, and the sandwiches are so yummy. The bagels are pretty good, but the sandwiches they make are freshly prepared and my favorite. My regular order here is bacon, egg and cheese — add cream cheese. Their apps idea, and a great one at that! Recommend this place over and over!
