The oxtails are good, but the jerk chicken leaves a lot to be desired. The sauce wasn't doing it for me. They do give great portions and the customer service is great.
I don't know anything about Jamaican food but this place is off the hook. Excellent food that actually tastes like it was made in your grandma's kitchen. Highly recommend that you give this restaurant a chance.

Love the Bbq chicken, the Oxtail dish. Jerk chicken kinda salty. The french fried is very good, so is the plantain and the rice. Decent price. The ladies take order is very nice friendly
Everything I've had so far was good. Rice, plantains, pork, ox tail, fish (really good), fried bread, BBQ ribs, all were good. Quality is consistent and the value (quality / cost) is above average. I just might come here every week.
Get the Jerk chicken & Salmon plate. Get the oxtails! You must get the beef pattie. Just get everything!! Don’t forget get to get extra sauce with a Ginger & Guava drink!!
This place popped up in my recommendations.I looked at the menu and it seemed interesting.I haven't had Caribbean food for a while.Ordered the Jerk Chicken & Salmon combo along with some Corn bread and Coco bread.Not sure if it was a miss from DoorDash or the restaurant but I didnt receive the Corn bread and Coco bread. I'll give the benefit of doubt to the restaurant here.The food:The Jerk Chicken and Salmon combo was very flavorful. Fried plantains made for the perfect side for the combo. The dish also came with a spicy sauce on the side which enhanced the flavor.Will order again to try the other items on the menu.
Food is never the same, including rice/bean mixture. Pork is either crunchy or jiggly. It never feels right off the grill. Lukewarm should be their middle name. Why is the person in front so angry? I've only had bad service at this specific back a yard but the food complaints come from all of them.BUUUUT I can't help myself from coming here every time im in San Jose. The flavors are amazing and feels fufilling and not like garbage fast food.Tldr: tastes amazing if you can put up with the bullshiz
Ordered takeout. Their employees were not wearing masks, and one walked up and yelled at me (spit flying as they were unmasked) for picking up my own order which they left out on an open table. These days I’m concerned about keeping my family healthy and not picking up the diseases from random restaurant employees.
I loved the jerk chicken and oxtail combo. It was very flavorful, just a tad bit salty and the oxtail was very tender. Id come back when back in town.
