Patio seemed a lot noisier than the Snell location so ambiance was slightly tainted, but the food was stellar, and served crazy fast (buzzer before we sat down). Busser was super friendly.
The food was good but a bit below average for Aqui. The patio was very nice, it might be less so when traffic is heavy though.
Gotta go for the swirls! I use to work here and they are very clean. They paid the kitchen staff 2 hours to scrub everything top to bottom every single night.

Recently the food quality has seemed to decline. The rice comes undercooked, meat over cooked, and the flavors are bland. Swirls are always a fun time but for the price, I think I would go to a different place.
