I have added Applebee's( this location)to my top 5 places to eat at during the week.the afternoon service is great staff is always checking to make sure the T V are in the correct channel,making sure to keep the customer update on when their order will be coming out.and the prices are *** rating because they always have a lunch special daily or 4pm dinner special and a lot of items to picked between.
The service was okI had the following:Some Chips and White QuesoSome Mashed PotatoesA Chicken TenderA Shirley TempleA Chicken QuesadillaEverything was "Really Bad" except for the Chicken Quesadilla.Very Disappointed !!

This company is preparing to lower wages at all their branches and make employees work more hours. They want to use rising prices to exploit their employees. Patronize a local steakhouse instead! Here is the leaked email in which Wayne Pankratz, director of operations at Applebee's gives advice on how to best exploit employees.
Started off with a delicious Elysian Space Dust (double IPA).Appetizers came out quick looking nice, hot . My family enjoyed their dinner and the Birthday surprise Sunday for my son. Thank you!!
Great customer service we had a party of 11 are server was Kyle has good communication and customer service. He was always coming to are table to check if we need it something I been to alot of Applebee's this one is the best one so far food on point. I will recommend to everyone...
Just flew in to SJC. Arrived at hotel. Googled nearby restaurants. Applebee’s sounded fine for the situation. Published closing time 10pm. Arrived just before 9. People inside but doors locked. Went to ToGo window. Was told they are closed early because business is slow. Asked if we could get something to go. Staff man told me kitchen is closed. An hour early. That sucked. No excuse.
Wanted to have a drink with a friend for my birthday. Neither of us could get there until about 9, but they're open until 10. But a lot of places are understaffed so I called ahead at 8:40 and asked if they would be open until 10 as scheduled. The Applebee's person assured me they would. When my friend got there at 8:55 they said they were closing at 9. I know they've got operational constraints but they knew by 8:40 how the night was going. They just couldn't be bothered to be organized about it or communicate it. Plus, the "Perfect Margarita" isn't. Sour and distasteful. Chili's Presidente Margarita is much better. Also as we finished our drinks, the bartender poured beer for a friend into a to-go cup and let him walk out with it which is expressly illegal AFAIK.Also, table service here is terrible, from experience on an earlier evening while they were open for dinner.
