Came on a Weds for lunch. Very amicable staff and great ambience. Clean establishment from the outside and in. The soup provided before the meal is great as well as the agua fresca (water melon). I ordered the Mole Enchiladas Oaxaqueños with chicken. Mole was great, a hint of spice and earthy flavor. A little dry but the sauce they have available makes up for it. Plenty of parking alongside the building off Phelan. This is a cash only restaurant but accepts Zelle (how I paid).
This place is great, the atmosphere is awesome. The food is good, you don't get skimped on food portions and has good flavor. Has a great placed bar where you can sit and eat and enjoy sports. Owner makes appearances and is very welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this place for a few drinks and a meal or just a quick stop to enjoy the atmosphere.

Such a great place to get good Mexican food! And the owners are so nice make u feel so welcomed and u get a complementary soup if u dine in!!!
My sister recommended this place, so me and hubby decided to check it out on a Sunday afternoon. Parking lot is small and a parking space is hard to come by. We waited in line about 10-15 mins before ordering. We got the house dog & the dirty chili dog both were really good! We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu items soon.
The people working there were very friendly and helpful. The corn tortillas were very good. The rice & beans were okay. The mole poblano was not good though. The mole was watery, and the chicken was mostly bones with not much meat.

Some of the best Mexican food in San Jose, at prices that can't be beat. Excellent, friendly service. I cannot reccomend this place enough
Like the most people know this place don't deserve the 4 stars,first of all the food is very expensive and cold and the service is really poor, my last time I went over there I noticed why I always paid to much I order a very disgusting chilaquiles I said I paid too much cause the menu prices are very different from the real bill,when I ask to the owner he replied those are the las year price which is very silly justification, then I ask him why he don't update his menu he said its not of my business and also in very rude manner tell me meal is on the house,I never come back to this place.
