Best Bartender In Town PELUCHE!!!!
Food is average, but nice vibe in night
Delicious options and Everything was fresh and served with love.
It is what it is......It is a hotel restaurant that is there simply to provide food and service to the hotel guests who are expense accounts or have per diem rates they need to deal with. The food is average at best, they pour a decent beer and have some average wines to keep the guests happy. The servers work very hard and are extremely friendly. But, it is what it is. If I wasn’t staying the hotel, would I go here—NO. Had one lunch there—and the salad was OK. Had breakfast (because I am a Diamond member and it was free) and would rate is no better and no worse than any breakfast you get at a Hilton in any town and any state.....
Absolutely horrible service, the bartender was the only one taking orders while 4 other people where just standing around. I asked if I can please have someone take my order since I have be waiting over 15 mins already. No one could help and didn't handle it in a professional manner. I travel for work and visit many hotels. I never have to actually write down my experience at a hotel because of their service. I have wasted over 40 mins for a take out burger. And most of that time was me waiting for someone to take my order.
The food and service was great! And they also validate parking.
Great location for delicious Bar food. Service is always super even when they have a full house. The bill was appropriate.
Conveniently located in the Hilton. Friendly staff. Decent pricing
That’ll serve me right for eating in this hotel restaurant ? I hate to write crappy reviews, but if it’s warranted , I will. First off, wait staff (Lupe and Angela) were awesome. No issues there . My gripe is with the crap the kitchen passed off as decent food. I ordered a steak sandwich, medium rare *if possible* with salad. I know the steak on a steak sandwich is usually fairly thin so wasn’t overly expecting medium rare. What I got, though, was disappointing. Do NOT let the pictures in their online ad fool you. The steak I had was over cooked in a grill pan. There was NO flavor. There consistency was horrible. Not tough, but clearly overcooked. This was the quality of steak I would expect from my European mother’s kitchen, as she over cooks EVERYTHING. Cooks, you really need to revisit what you pass off a decent food. Salad was wilting but not horrible. I dealt with it. Lesson learned. Fool me once, shame on you...
Good, plentiful, portions. Not too expensive for a hotel restaurant. But, extremely noisy. Couldn't speak to others on our group without shouting.
