Tried A&W for the first time last week and was very impressed. Reasonable prices and my burger was very good. Root beer was fantastic. Unsure if it's homemade or syrup but it was great. My only gripe was that service was very slow - there was one other person in the restaurant and it took at least 10 minutes for me to get my one hamburger. Regardless it may have been an off day and I will definitely return to A&W.
Been here twice. Solid American brunch spot. Locally owned. Great service- everyone has a smile. The food won't knock your socks off, but if you're looking for a good meal and generous portions this is your spot.
Food ok, rootbeer in paper cup not so good.
Why does it take so long to make fries? Waiting 26 minutes to receive fast food when I'm the first person in line and multiple other customers behind me receive their food first is just wrong.

So GF and I were craving a rootbeer float yesterday. We ordered, that process was good. But when it came time to make them the two employees seemed more interested in finding the honey packets in the back of the store than making our rootbeer floats. We sat there for almost 10mins after paying while they gabbed back and forth about where the honey packets were to refill the bin. Our order required nor had requested honey packets. Why did it take both of them while we were simply waiting for rootbeer floats. When we got the floats though, they were good. Just was frustrating to watch nothing being made for such a duration of time. Service was one star if a star but the floats tasted great.
I was there 5/17/2021. That place. needs a manager on site!! They didn’t have much money in the till, only 3-4 pieces of paper money. The service attendant said that he needed to go to the bank and get some money. I had exact change so I could give him a little cash! I ordered a hotdog with ketchup and onions. I got the hotdog with nothing on it. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. They didn’t have any paper sundae cups and made a sundae in a small paper cup. I know I was cheated. I’ve never have had such bad service there. Usually there are no complaints from me. It was a very bad service day! Owner or manager, You need to do something about this site!
