Really good tea and coffee!Somewhat limited seating at this location, and parking can be tough during peak meal hours due to the other places in the plaza. There's more parking in the back, so don't be discouraged if parking up front looks full!
Don’t get me wrong, the drinks here taste great I especially like the mung bean and I really enjoyed the green Matcha Thai milk tea. The only thing that makes it a three star is that they can’t adjust the sweetness to zero sweetness. To me that’s a dealbreaker but there’s some people who like extra sweet in their dress it’s not. Your Boba taste good and the tea is a good quality. But they cannot make your drink 0% sweetness.
I always order the mung bean milk tea less sweet. I think it's their more unique option that is less common at other milk tea places. I like the slightly grainy texture of the drink.
There aren’t a lot of flavors like you’d find from other boba places but they execute theirs well. The Mung bean is the most popular and it is pretty solid. I’d recommend the Barney which is a secret menu item that is mung bean and taro. I also really like their herbal tea if you’re looking for something non caffeinated. The boba texture is pretty good as well.

You can’t change the sugar levels here. Everything has sugar except the black coffee
I go to 7Leaves for their mung bean tea, it always hits the spot! Also a decent spot tk get work done. Parking is in a small plaza, can get busy during peak hours.
I switched the location where I go because the worker in the morning/manager at the store on Hamilton is very rude so I would rather drive a little bit more to get great service so I go to the one on Saratoga where everyone seems like their job and gives above and beyond service and are all pleasant and does not mind helping you to understand their app ?
Mmm good stuff. Small menu but solid drinks. Quick to order and make. Easy parking lot.
