PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION.It seems that the night shift (9p - close) crew is full of high schoolers who do not pay attention to anything and will let you know in their voice tone and facial expressions.Pulled into drive thru around 11p and there were 3 or 4 vehicles ahead of me, with a midsize SUV directly in front. As soon as the SUV finished ordering it moved up appropriately. I moved up as well but stopped a full 3 feet away from the ordering screen, giving a respectful space from the SUV ahead of me by not being close on their bumper. THREE TIMES I hear the voice box say "Welcome to Taco Bell, what can we get for you?" I obviously wasn't right next to the ordering window so after the third time I yelled, "im not even at the screen yet". The response: "what can we get started for you?" My response: "I can barely see half the menu, can't you see how far I am?" Only then they apologized.Ordered three items: Mexican pizza with sour cream, toasted cheese chalupa and cheesy gordita crunch. The female at the window already looked like she wanted to clock out and her tone said it all. After I received the food, I first made sure there were three (3) items before driving off. There was (for once). As soon as I get home, I discovered the mex pizza had NO sour cream, though I was charged 0.50, and the other two items were very tasteless and lacking in flavor. I was too infuriated to go back and deal with this nonsense. This wasn't the first time they goofed my order so bad but it's definitely the last, as I will never go back to this location.Please, DO NOT GO HERE. THESE WORKERS DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR ORDER. Does one have to open every single item to verify the food was made correctly nowadays? The trust factor is long gone.
Ray is the worst person to have In charge of ANYTHING! To begin with my order was missing my fries and my chicken Chalupa Supreme was missing my lettuce. When I called to complain about my missing fries Mr. RAY was offended about the fact I was upset , hello I'm a hungry pregnant customer anxious to get home and eat my food and come to realize part of my order is missing who else wouldn't be upset , but it doesn't end there RAY decided to click on me and ignore my calls I called 15 TIMES !! All I wanted was to get my money back and he was literally ignoring me . Would you be a satisfied customer ? Zero Stars for that employee , no one with that type of I don't care attitude should ever be in charge .
This location used to be good but management must've changed. They always skimp on the meat here. They must train employees to skimp meat. It wasn't a one time fluke either. I would say 4/6 times the meat is underwealming by a large gap. I'd order a burrito with 5 pieces for chicken in it. Steak nacho fries with 5 peices of steak. I'm not exaggerating either. However this place is always clean. I'd rather make the drive to alhambra taco bell, they never skimp there. All the workers are really good and hardworking as well, just wish they didn't train them to do half scoops of meat instead of a full scoop.

Hit or Miss. Mostly a miss.I hate lettuce, it’s like the bane of my existence. I always get meat and cheese only tacos, but they always manage get some lettuce on my food or in the wrapping.I need to go to another location.

Wow! Got Soft shell taco supreme with chicken. Charged extra for chicken & there’s a few pieces of chicken in each taco! Really stingy!!!
Don't eat here. 4 people in my family have food poisoning from this place.
