this chinese restaurant is absolutely an amazing one. dont be scared by other malicious reviews, those reviews are not true. Actually, that one is pretty good and highly praised by Chinese guys!
I have eaten here a few times. I work near by so it makes for a convenient dinner after work and some takeout. She is always efficient and friendly and the food is tasty. REAL Szechuan SPICY FOOD if you like to challenge it!
My favourite Chinese restaurant in the city! They have authentic spicy Chinese food and the price is reasonable. If you like spicy Chinese food, you should definitely check this place out!
This restaurant is the most Sichuan place I've been to outside of China - the C dry pot is the best Ive had.
Enjoy the food there , excellent customer service . Great place for dry pot where you can add your own ingredients and they weigh them by pound to charge you.
Bosslady started off as a friendly little old woman but towards the end of the meal, her true colors came out. But before I talk about her let's talk about the food.Ingredients are NOT FRESH, as I hand picked the items I saw that many items look dried up and bathed in murky waters.. CROSS CONTAMINATION between raw seafood and vegetables! I chose mild spice, the second to the lowest heat level and the food came out extremely SALTY and very spicy. I think she mightve slipped and poured on more salt than she intended because it tasted like it was enough salt to make peserved meat. I ended up eating a quarter of the meal and packed the rest to go. Food 1/5When I sat down to eat, the lady sat at the table right NEXT TO ME and then started blasting the drama she was watching on her phone. I kid you not, I was the Only customer in the store and she chose to sit RIGHT NEXT TO ME and turn on her drama with volume on max.. I was in disbelief.... When I asked her for a to go box, she brought me the CHECK instead of the BOX... I asked her for the box and she said "sign the check". I asked her for a box again and she went and grabbed it, then demanded that I sign the check. My food still wasn't packed yet but she was demanding that I sign the check. She was literally hovering over me until I signed the check. I packed my food and signed the check, I wrote my total and didn't give her a tip. I've worked in the restaurant industry for pretty much all my life, if a customer doesn't tip you AT ALL, 9/10 it's because the service was bad. Service 0/5I ain't gonna lie, I really wanted to just leave after I took the first bite, realizing how salty the food is but I didn't want to be rude. My total came out to $57.64 definitely not worth it. Stay away from this place, don't make the same mistake that I did...
This Business account has been hijacked, and they have been replying to costumers with extremely bad manners. We are so sorry for in inconvenience of this happening and apologize. They are also possibly making fake reviews to hurt our reputation with non-verified purchases. Again we apologize and are working on a fix.
This place has got the numbing spices DOWN. Overall quality of their ingredients are decent. No fishiness from the slices of fish I added. Vegetables didn’t taste/smell like they weren’t washed (like most other bigger restaurants). However there was difficulty eating the damn tasty thing ? I got given a small plate rather than a small bowl for picking out my hotpot pieces. This made it kinda tricky to eat/slurp the soup at the end of the meal.8/10
This store is terrible. I went to here 2 years before. In my memory the food taste good, so I went there today. The owner changed. This lady is terrible. Their food is overprice.
I take spicy dry pot here every week. The best and most delicious Chinese spicy dry spot I have had in America. Even better than the spicy dry spot in China.
