The manager Manny is super polite friendly and provides great customer service everyone here is great
Excellent service, the food is always plentiful and fresh, the staff is constantly cleaning up the dining room all in all a great experience for bunch of lunch!
I must admit that I had modest expectations for Shakey's, but our lunch was quite good. The food was plentiful, hot, and tasty. It was a step or two above other buffets. Although the parking lot was almost full, we had no problem finding a table, and the buffet line moved quickly.
I had the personal pizza combo. We were the only people in the restaurant, felt a little strange lol.My nephews played the games in the back, won some tickets for prizes. That took like 15 minutes to get someone to help us for that.The food good though.
Who don't like Shakey's bunch o lunch buffet for $11.99 on a weekday? Best value bar none. I normally don't eat Shakeys because it's just too expensive for what you get . Family combos have 2 large pizzas and 8 piece chicken + mojos for $70+??? That's why I only eat here for the buffet. Always fresh pizza and chicken, always hot mojos. The salad bar is pretty sad, but you can make your own tomato and cucumber salad, which is really all I need with my main course. I always find seating, and the parking is easily accessible. Always worth of a repeat for me.
The pizzas weren't very good. It's a shame, as I seem to recall that the pizza at Shakey's was better than this.
Eh, ordered online for pick up and it tasted like they had made it right away without marking it ready because it was room temperature at pick up time. The pizza didn’t taste the same good quality I remembered and the mojos were cold and undercooked.

I would like to say that my visit today was an amazing experience. Starting with the young man Danny that was working the cashier was very polite and respectful. Moving to the young man Justin working the dining room area was as well very polite, respectful, and very attentive. And of course the Manager Marco was equally polite and respectful. Mind you myself, my friend, and her two daughters went to have lunch during their brunch of lunch and all three of them went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was attended to. I would like to thank them for a great dining experience.I would highly recommend eating at this location.
I ordered a big package and everything was delicious. My family loves the mojos and pizza. Staff was kind when I asked for extra sauces and the manger Marco was helpful
