This spot was highly recommended. The lobster on a bed of garlic noodles was delicious be prepared it's a lot family style. Highly recommend.

This past weekend was my first time here. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food we received as a family of 5! The Lobster Special was the absolute BEST! And worth the price $$$$! Everything we ate was delicious. The service was excellent and it was a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely go back the next time we are in SoCal.

The lobster was fantastic. It's what this restaurant is known for and justifiably so it was the highlight of our meal. However, we all felt that the other dishes we ordered were just OK. Given how good the lobster was it was rather disappointing that the supporting dishes were not nearly as good. We've been there before and the staff was always pretty friendly. Our waiter this evening was rather rude. Short and curt with his answers. Making faces when asked a pertinent question. A bit of an off putting demeanor.

great food and service. highly recommend

Supposedly known for their lobster. Ordered 1 small lobster, 1 broccoli, 1soup, 1 fried calamari, 2 sprites total was :$194.00. The lobster didn’t taste fresh at all like it was microwaved to thaw then cooked. Too dry. Not worth it IMO. You better shop around or get recommendations for other restaurants

The signature lobster , sauteed pea sprouts, beef chow fun and Braided crab meat & fish maw soup. Perfect authentic Cantonese dish combination for a family dinner or friends gathering. This place seems always jam packed so a reservation at least one hour early is highly recommended. The serving size is huge so be careful how many dishes u order. Great value for the price especially how delicious the food tastes. Can't wait to come back next time I am in town.

I can’t believe I hadn’t been here in so long. The food was amazing, just as good as I remember. Thankfully my relatives asked to go here and I was reminded of the joy their food brings. Absolutely have to order the Newport lobster special. I added noodles to ours and that was a great tasting option, I’ll definitely be doing that again.

Awesome food. We got the house special lobster and noodles, baked salt and pepper shrimp, combination fried rice and beef loc lac. All delicious. Ping and Ken were fabulous servers.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. The family enjoyed the fish maw soup with crabmeat, house lobster, steamed clams and Chinese broccoli stirred fried with garlic and dry fish. The French style beef cubes were overcooked and the sweet and sour pork chops did not have enough sauce. This was somewhat of a disappointment as the 2 dishes were regular staples on the menu.I gave it 4 stars for the overall presentation and good service.I'm positive if someone reads these comments they would take the proper steps to improve the food that I'd mentioned above.

We arrived before 5pm on Saturday so the wait wasn't bad... The food came out pretty quick which i didn't think it's even hot enough... The tastes was ok but the portion was huge... Lobster was $31/lb and we've ordered it with noodle which was like $125 for the dish...4 people can't even finish the lobster noodle dish... the basil clams was a little uncooked so make sure you request a little more cooked if you don't like it raw... The service was ok...
