Tried Hokkaido green ...it's refreshing

Good tea. Good boba. Good vibes.

January 2022 - Overall the drinks are pretty solid here!Food/Pricing - The drinks are one size (for both hot and cold). You can adjust sweetness but I kept it at normal level. This time around we got the Hokkaido Coffee ($5.10), Black Sugar Milk Tea ($5), and Hokkaido Black Tea ($5.10, I believe it's called Hokkaido Milkstache). The coffee had a lighter coffee taste than expected but not bad.I loved the Black Sugar Milk Tea and Hokkaido Milkstache!!Service/Ambiance - The staff was friendly and they do stamp cards! Will I be back? Yes, gotta fill up my stamp card!

Really enjoyed my drink. Had a nice tea flavor and i got the lowest amount of sweetness, it was perfect. Some places still make it really sweet even with the lowest amountWill come back to try more!

I usually go to the Arcadia location. First time here and they got my mango green tea right

Tea brewed far too long resulting in very bitter taste

Really like this place and hesitated from reviewing it since I like the place to myself. But that's done, people know about this place so no since in trying to keep it a secret. The place is small but the 8 or 9 tables have enough room from each other so you don't feel too cramped. It's well lit with a couple of outlets on both sides of the wall so you can plug your laptop and do homework or watch TikTok. The service is fine and the drinks are decent. They don't serve food but you can bring it in to eat.

I had high hopes for the new tea house opening in this location (I loved T-Bay, Tea Republic, T%) This one though, was no where close to being as satisfying as the predecessors of this place. I tried the Winter melon Milk Tea with boba at the other location, and disliked the boba. I decided to give it a second chance by visiting here because the owner had responded that their boba has changed from before due to COVID. I didn't order boba at this location because I assumed it would be the same. At this location, I ordered a rose milk tea. It wasn't that bad for the taste and the sweetness wasn't overbearing. The caffeine levels weren't terrible either, for a black tea it still has a kick and wasn't as muted by the rose flavor as other locations. But for the price? No thank you. I'm no stranger to exorbitant prices for milk tea but I wouldn't recommend this place. It's average. I initially wanted to rate a 3*, but considering that this place just opened, I raised it. I hope it lasts a longer time than the stores before it. And improves. There are many places in the area that would make you feel like you have a bigger bang for your buck, especially with the average ~400 ml cups. I wouldn't come back here if I decided to treat myself to a pricier cup of boba. There are other options. The space inside is pretty wide and open, it has a minimalistic simple look to it with tables on either end of the store as you walk in. There's not a lot of unique interior design choices yet to separate it from the other team houses, but this place just opened. Maybe some personality will appear later. The glass in the front gives a lot of sunlight, and the white walls make that feel even stronger. There's WiFi and charging outlets so you can come here to study, given you have enough drink to last your stay there. Probably will need 2 bottles of water.

I like their honey chrysanthemum tea. My friends say their guava green tea is really good but apparently they've been out of it for a while. Hopefully they have it again so I can give it a try.
