BAD SERCVICE!I’m from Vancouver Canada visiting and I have to say I’ve been to different melo melo locations and this was by far the worst service I’ve received. Don’t know if it’s being a racist thing but I can see they are much more friendly with Chinese speaking customers. They gave us a “I don’t care about you” attitude when we ordered. No smile or good energy.I love melo melo but they need to re evaluate this location as it does taint the brand and name. This place should be welcoming to all customers.

O.M.G.This is so good. Not to sweet, creamy, with fresh fruit. What more can you ask for.Get the puree vs the diced fruit! It still has fruit chunks but easier to eat with the coconut jelly. Also had the red bean matcha and it was good but not as good with the fruit ones. Get the mango puree it has the best balance of the tang and creamy!Even friends who aren't the biggest fans of coconut enjoyed this dessert! Only downside is how pricey it is.. $9 each for the regular size fruit jellies. Keep the jars to repurpose :)

Always consistent and staff is much friendlier in person versus the phone. Not sure why, but calling and talking to someone there and they sound like they hate life every single time. Only real downside is the lack of stock on certain items. I'm addicted to their triple latte and I've been denied too many times on some melo melo runs.

They have a good variety but still a bit disappointing. I ordered two different flavors, both were good but not great. Prices were very high but I was willing. The texture was almost like super soft tofu. Trying to eat this with a spoon was pointless because it was so soft it would fall apart in the spoon.I was forced to use a straw to drink it up which really took away from the experience; ice cream isn't the same if you had to drink it.Overall, I'm not sure I'd come back.

.What I ordered: ✨Matcha Red Bean Mochi Coconut: GET THIS! My palletes were dancing with joy. You get so many flavors and texture. The first is the coconut jelly. It’s more of a tofu texture and melts into your mouth as soon as you take a bite. Then when you reach the red beans, you get a wholesome flavor of home (for those who grew up eating red bean desserts). Then you get to the bottom layer which is the mochi! It’s a bit chewy and I love it! Not sure if you are supposed to mix the layers together; I like eating each layer one by one. ✨Mango Purée: You cannot go wrong with this one! Love their mango purée; so sweet and fresh. They also give you huge chunks and a decent amount of mango! ✨Musang Durian Coconut Jelly: This was also one of my favorites as I am a HUGE lover of Durian. The Durian was high quality and they give you a generous amount. ✨Triple Latte: This reminded me of my mom would make for me. Definitely give this a try if you love latte/coffee! ✨Oatmeal Coconut: This flavor was okay for me. The texture reminded me of a Vietnamese dessert called Sticky Rice Pudding with Coconut Milk. However, as for the taste it was a bit bland in my opinion. Melo Melo has so MANY flavors I would love to come back and try: The Golden Kiwi Jelly, The Dragonfruit Jelly and the Strawberry Purée!

Have to wait a long time for my order while the place is basically empty… also pricy… tastes just ok…

We bought two whole coconuts and one is completely spoiled - the sour coconut costs 12 dollars. We also got the durian and taro ones, and durian one is spoiled as well…. not sure how they preserve their food. It is really bad……. Was a fan but not coming back anymore

My favorite dessert place ever. Despite being so unbelievably pricey, I can’t stay away. I have an entire cabinet filled with empty Melo Melo jars that I don’t know what to do with. The options for flavors are numerous, and what you should pick will all depend on your preferences.Nonetheless, my go-to flavors are: double, green bean (mung bean), black sesame, durian, mango, and peach guar (peach jelly with a firm texture). Did I just name a good chunk of the menu? Yes…but you get the picture.

Cute store. Taste is out of this world. Didn't know I loved coconut jelly intill today.

Mango coconut jelly:Perfectly ripe and sweet mango w a runny mild coconut jelly. I would prefer a firmer jelly. 3/5Also the bathroom sink is p dirty 0/5
