2 orders infront of mine and still took atleast 15 minutes to give me just a happy meal, didn't even give me my cup for soda for the meantime had no napkins or ketchup in the happy meal box or near the soda machine. Meantime there is 3 people having lunch break and employee who handed my food was not even polite despite the long wait, smh.. anything good: fries were warm but hamburger was made very sloppy
My kids wanted get Happy Meals for the first time so I brought them. I ordered thru the app for curbside pickup and requested a princess toy, but got Velma ( Scooby-doo)? We also ordered spicy nuggets and sweet and spicy sauce, but got regular nuggets and bbq sauce instead. Didn't notice until we left and got to the park. FailUpdate: Still slow service, but right now that's everywhere so I get it. But ordered happy meals again and they didn't give us the ketchup or BBQ sauce we requested. Also I asked for apple slices in one of them and we did not receive them.
Burger tasted flat, and the frys were cold and saggy. And the guy who was taking the order thru the drive thru was mumbling couldn't understand him at all. I thought it might be the speaker. I pulled up to pay the same guy, he still mumbled I had to ask him three times how much. This is not a happy meal, it's a sad meal. My opinion you pay $18.00 for two #1 and you get a sad meal. Never eat their again.
very bad experience ,I ordered a Big mac, but the clerk gave me a fish steak burger. She was very bad today, she didn't give me ice cream sundae, I asked for it again and again, then gave it to me, when I got home, the hamburger was also wrong, I don't know how to complain
My order is always wrong and the food isn't great . It's just close but will no longer order or visit this mc Donald's anymore. Employees need to read the orders correctly . No pickle doesn't mean extra pickles and so on and so on.
They put tartar on my fish, I had to scrape it off, I requested no tartar, I requested another one as I didn't enjoy it, I was going to pay for it but the manager gave it to me & said no problem & apologize for the mix up,It was unexpected but appreciated, they were so nice! Thank you!
I waited 30 minutes on line for a vanilla cone at this McDonald's after wasting my time going to another location that had a broken ice cream machine. There's nothing fast about this fast-food establishment. Very disorganized. When more than one person is waiting on line, it becomes a madhouse. Save yourself the headache.
They said they were short on change would I be willing to skip getting change, close to 75 cents. I said, and they finally found enough to give me. My advice, don't open your doors if have enough money to operate.
Recently renovated. Friendly staff.
Waited 20min in line, then they said it's time to close and would not take any more order...They should have put on a sign or traffic cone earlier, instead of just dismissing all the customers in the line.
