Veggie soup and mince pork pickle rice. Portions just right. Comfort food. Have to come back try their desserts!

be aware that their kitchen close at 7pm, though they have their open sign but it’s not actually open. we came at 7pm since on google the close time is 7:30. And it was disappointing that the cashier told us they are closed

love this place! the service is great, the waitress is super nice and accomodatingthe food is really good for a great price - got 3 entrees plus a boba for under $30 for 2 people!very authentic taiwanese food, love the pork belly bun and pork belly rice - reminds me of the night markets in taipei :)

Finally made it to Half and Half Good Old Time and I enjoyed it! The food prices are super reasonable and the food is really tasty. We decided to do one Joy combo and added the minced pork on rice. We then finished off with the Hakka Mochi.
I've heard a lot about this place and saw that Chrissy Teigen was here and I'm a bigggg fan of Taiwanese food and I knew that I had to check this place out. Joy is basically like another Pine and Crane which I'm a huge fan also. Basically the concept is the same, you come in and order up front and they give you a number and you find a seat. They will deliver your food to you when it's ready.
Their drinks are smaller sized, but the price is also more affordable. This is the only half and half I know of that has food options as well as other desserts such as tofu pudding!
