Boba shop straight from Taiwan! I can understand the hype. The boba here is the perfect balance between a tender chewiness and a slight sweetness. It didn't feel like a chore to chew these pearls.Dong Ding Oolong Latte: Honestly... a bit too bitter for my liking, but the oolong was very fragrant! I got the "perfect" sweetness and it tasted like 50% sugar. Probably wouldn't order this again, but it was worth a try!They only accept online orders, so I would advise you to order before you arrive so you don't have to wait. There's lots of parking in the plaza and there's also an underground garage too that is well kept.
Ordered the King Boba Milk Tea, the tea flavor is good but still feel a little bit sweeter for the light sugar option. I would give 5 star if it doesn’t need 1hr waiting time.Ohh, last thing, the boba texture is the best ever I’ve had before.

This has become one of my absolute favorite boba places ever! I love their dong ding oolong tea with condensed milk! The strong oolong tea flavor really complements the condensed milk flavor. I also love their passion fruit high mountain pouching tea! It's literally the best boba drink with passion fruit that I've ever had. Ever since I tried it, any other passion fruit boba drink has been a disappointment. I live in AZ but I frequently drive to visit my family in the Bay Area and ever since I tried this place, I always have to stop here in the middle of my long drive!
The first time I came, my drinks were super bitter and gross but lots of people I knew kept going on about how delicious their drinks are so I gave them another shot. I will say the drinks tasted a lot better the second time in comparison but I'm not crazy about it. Their drinks are on the expensive side. My jasmine milk tea tasted like watered down milk with almost no tea flavor but the boba was good. My mango green tea was okay. The condensed milk tea was disgusting.
Ordered the Green Tea with Passion Fruit. Light sugar, less ice. Not too sweet and the passion fruit seeds add a nice touch in place of adding toppings. Tea tastes very good, does not feel off or unusual. Currently only accepting payment via online ordering. Pick up at the door only. Is in a busy plaza location so weekends will be busy all hours of the day. Wait time was roughly 15-20 minutes from ordering.
You have to place an order through the online website, which is actually pretty painless considering how you don't have to create an account! They also tell you the estimated wait time and text you that your order was received, though they don't notify you again when it's ready. Because of that, the drink was already done by the time I got there but I had to ask the staff inside about it.I got the Cassia Black Tea w/ Mousse because it seemed pretty popular. Even though I got it at "perfect" sugar level, the tea flavor was quite distinct and slightly bitter. The combination of that and the salty mousse was an interesting experience. Great for tea lovers but go for something else like the fresh milk with brown sugar bubble if you want sweet.
I really liked the mango green tea with sakura konjac jelly. I got it with perfect sweetness level, and I think it was just a tad too sweet. I will try the light sweetness next time. ? It was the first time I tried sakura konjac jelly, and it was good. Will definitely be back to try more things!
Very good tea shop. Tea tastes amazing. Although you will need to wait for long time, it’s still a good choice if you like boba tea.
Seriously, the best bubble milk tea I’ve had in California. Amazing customer service, thoughtful packaging, great tasting tea, and perfectly soft/chewy boba. Vibes in the shop really make you feel like you’re in Taiwan. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!
