Amazing place to come study. Great service and drinks at a reasonable price, especially the combo meals with popcorn chicken. Bathroom is clean. Free wifi. Plenty of parking. Boss is nice and sometimes works behind the counter making drinks.

Boba was hard and flavorless. Tea itself was watery and bland. Tables were sticky with ants running around. There's two other boba places in walking distance that are cheaper and better. Only thing this has over those two is that people seem to be inside to use wifi and congregate.

Tried their oolong ice tea, delicious. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff.
I like that it is relatively quiet compared to other boba places, and the workers are very nice. A good place to study.
