I really like this place since the style and flavor is pretty local and similar to those I had in Taiwan. I ordered house special in mild, but it was way more spicy than my friend's (and she ordered exactly the same thing as I did). I was disappointed because it was so spicy that I couldn't taste anything else. I tried some of the lamb and mushroom veggies hotpot that my friends ordered, both of which were good, and I'd recommend no spicy one if you'd like to really enjoy their flavor.
Overpriced. 1/3 of your price is paid towards the branding and the interior design in the room. Taste is okay, but definitely not worth that price tho.Gave two tried on two different flavors, and would not come back hehe.Byeee BP
It was my wife birthday. I wanted to bring her to eat out. I was waiting for an hour to call to be seated. When we got in, we ordered food to and they told us to go upstairs to wait for food. We were sitting waiting and waiting there were not food for us. Customers came behind us got theire food two to three tables before us. I called the server and asked they said they didn't see my order. The people came behind they could see the order but not our order. Really? It seemed strange to me when I talked to one guy he said system messed they could not see the order to come in to the system. We were waiting an hour to called to be seated and waiting at the table for another hour. So two hours Get food for this place. So please don't come to this place eat to. The sever never came and asked how are we doing. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE TO EAT
Individual hotpot at it's finest. Original has stinky tofu, which didn't smell much, but didn't enjoy the taste. Beef was good and tea was included.
Good food. Very busy. Remember to treat your service workers respectfully and nice
I had been waiting for an hour and I kept on checking after I received my second text message. I even asked if I would receive third text message, employees told me yes, which isn’t true. Their employees didn’t even know how their machine function. This old lady with red shirt told me to wait out side until I realized my number being marked as “no show”. Wt.. So I asked why is my number “no show” I had been here to wait and check. Employee smiled and told me my number had past long time ago. What made you smile.. I didn’t get the smile.. Their Apple Pay wasn’t working, their credit card machine wasn’t working, and their restroom isn’t available. Be prepared everything wouldn’t go so smooth when eating here. And don’t ask employees, cause they know nothing and answer you randomly. Check on the machine frequently yourself.
