I really like the quality of the tea here, staff members are mostly friendly, and the owners are nice too. Tea here is used with mostly real ingredients. Favorite drinks here are lychee green tea and grape fruit orange green tea.
A+Tea House is a Taiwanese bubble tea and snack shop in SGV. They’re located along San Gabriel Blvd. We were reverently greeted by a female staff. Interior was welcoming, spacious, clean and odorless free. It’s atmosphere vibe was quite relaxing and has cool hip music background played by Blackpink. It was our first time here, thus, it took us a few minutes to peruse their menu. Rest assured there was no dearth of drinks on their menu. Minutes later, I’ve decided to order a Passion fruit green tea with grass jelly (100% ice and 75% sweetness) and a Popcorn chicken meal. After 5 minutes of waiting we received our drink and minutes later our food arrived. Passion Fruit tea was refreshing and substantial in flavor. I liked it. Similarly, our popcorn chicken was warm, crunchy, tasty and a lil brackish. Prices were fair. Free wifi available. Rear parking lot and street parking were available for your convenience. Overall, we had a good order experience and enjoyed our food-drink. I recommend this tea house.

Easily my favorite boba spot now! I was coerced to try A Plus while I was out with a friend and I was pretty insistent that my previous boba spot was too good to beat - I was wrong. The matcha here is absolutely incredible. Plus, I had never tried cheese or Nutella foam which completely blew my mind. The cheese foam basically is like a layer of cheese cake sitting on top of your drink. You can sip your drink while sipping the foam or use a spoon to get more clear bites. Total game changer. I've been back twice since that first time to also try the other foams, one of which tastes like Nutella heaven. If you are feeling like a light dessert or going for something decadent, A Plus has such a great variety of drink options that you can satisfy any sweet tooth craving. As a heads up for those who like their drinks not too sickly sweet, I ordered my drink at quarter sweet and found it plenty sweet.
Get the mango in Kyoto. It's amazing! My fav drink place in sgv now. There's like 2 parking spaces in the garage below. You enter from the small street behind green, I forget the name of the street.
Ordered at the tea house, and there was barely any wait. Service was good and drink came out pretty quick. I got the drink for my sister so can't really say much about the taste, but she liked it.
Their lunch menu popcorn chicken and rice set is fantastic and filling. The iced green tea that came with it was great, too.
Speedy service, love the food and drink (milk tea boba and fried chicken). They will give you long pick stick for the chicken which is very convenient to eat while driving. You can order online also. Very good convenient place to stop by for a little treat
Decent drinks and decent food but for the price I honestly would go somewhere else-- decent isn't enough for a repeat visit.
Only had drinks- they use real fruit and you can choose the sweetness level. A little pricier (perhaps due to covid?) but worth the price.
