Usually pretty packed with a long line although the drinks are good if you don’t want to spend your time waiting quickly is usually less dense and quicker
Boba place was mediocre at best. They skipped our order so we had to wait quite a bit longer. No apologies offered. The fruit tea at 50% tasted like juice - tea was way too weak. Green tea salted cream was weak as well. Won't be coming back here.
One of the better boba drinks with seasonal flavors and really good consistency in quality. I would give them 5 stars but the drinks are pretty expensive $5-7. The brown sugar drinks are solid but lean towards the sweeter side. The fruit teas are awesome and seasonal flavors like mango pomelo sago are always worth a try
Great place to get some tea :) I always get their oolong milk tea with Aiyu jelly or sugar cane mountain tea. I would recommend getting their drinks 30% sweetness or below.

I don’t recommend this place. One of the employees—an older one—was extremely rude when I asked about my order. The milk was spoiled and when I tried to exchange it he said it was because I ordered a dairy alternative. He dismissed me until I demanded a refund. Was disappointed because I go to this chain in Berkeley, where the customer service is much better.
This place is so good, but it's always packed! There are several boba places in Stonestown, but this seems to be the most popular. It's in a little kiosk on the first floor in the center of the mall. There's always a line and a wait, but if you order online they'll text you when your order is ready so you can browse. I don't know why people wait in line to order or use the digital screen. It's way easier to order on your phone.I've had the black sesame (my favorite) and brown sugar pearl tea with oat milk (one of the popular drinks). It's so creamy and the boba is so soft and fresh. You will not be disappointed!
Brown sugar pearl latte was horrible. The boba itself tasted disgusting. It was very mushy and overcooked. I shook the drink really well before but every time the syrup would go to the bottom and I had to stir it every time I took a sip. Very dissapointed.
Got a Lemon Green Tea. The have a kiosk at the grind level in the center back. Fast order with the self service order tablet. Pick up was fast too. As you can see it goes had in hand with the chicken snack you can get at the 2nd floor.
