My first time having American Chinese food and every dish we ordered here was (unexpectedly)great. Good, quick service too.Crab puffs: 10/10Kung pao chicken: 10/10Mongolian beef noodles (spicy): 9/10, could have used more salt.Mushroom and bokchoy: 9/10, lacked some salt but the table soy sauce fixed it easilySweet and sour pork: 10/10, excellentWill come back!

The orange chicken was amazing. Great flavor and the meat was quality. The bbq pork fried rice was just ok. Good but I've had better

My favorite Chinese food in San Francisco! Call in your order directly to get free delivery on orders over $20! ?I am so happy to order from this place because the food is so delicious and they offer great deals. My favorite orders are mild Mongolian beef with chow mein, black bean beef (secret menu item) with fried rice, and wonton soup. I loved wonton soup growing up but until now I only ever liked it at the Wok of Flame in Davis, CA, quite far away from here, but now I finally have found another delicious wonton soup!! Hooray! I look forward to trying their Mu Shu pork one of these days too. Also, I enjoy the crab puff appetiser. The lemon chicken was nice, but like most sweet sauces I can only eat so much of it. The spicy garlic pork is another good dish.

The taste of fried rice is so good. Looks like they made it fresh for every order.

Some of the food was good, but some was VERY disappointing. My Mushu pancakes came in a solidified, hard, rock of dough. They had all congealed into one lump and it was inedible. Also, the "fried rice" I ordered was just steamed rice and broccoli. No egg, seasoning, onions, or fried aspect to it.The egg rolls were good, and my companion said the sweet and sour pork was good.

I’ve been ordering take out from here for years now and every time it’s exactly as I expect. The wild pepper chicken is my go to and a must! It’s perfectly crispy and not dry. The chili pepper is spicy but not overpowering of the other flavors. (Mind you spice preference is objective, and I like it hot). The dry fried green beans are crunchy and each bean is evenly covered with sauce. Order from here if you’re looking for yummy classic American Chinese food!! (I call directly so they get the whole sale.)

Walked in for lunch at an odd hour, but service and food was just right. Ordered the crab puffs for an app...an absolute must! Delicious! Orange chicken and Kung Pao Chicken for the main dish! So yummy!! The right amount of food served in a suitable time for drinks and conversation. Highly recommended!

Awesome place! Called to place order, got the house chow mein, walnut prawns, and egg rolls. Great food, the walnuts were awesome because they were the true homemade candied kind, not the inauthentic poorly commercially made type you usually get. Great pricing, very polite service when we came to pick up.

Do not order from Google maps- I got a text from ritual.com and then I went to get it and never got my order. The Wok Shop never got the order.

Might be a good spot for dining in but don't order for delivery. Confusing menu items; should be chow mein, chow fun, OR fried rice not AND fried rice. I thought I was getting a combo plate and ended up with fried rice only which was dried out and flavorless. 2 egg rolls were ok but nothing to rave about. I understand that the restaurant has no control over delivery fees but a $2.50 service fee was a bit much. My $13.90 "dinner" bill ended up over $22 with various fees, taxes, and tip. I wouldn't usually mind but for this food? Bleh.
