Memorably disappointing - we got two tiny, tiny tacos for $6 each. Ridiculous prices for an unfulfilling, infuriating meal...please do yourself a favor and support another food truck at Spark Social.
It's... Pretty? Instagrammable even! The words "sous vide" are a buzzword and a conversation starter. Flavor? Bland. Flavorless. The price isn't very high but I don't think that's really the issue. Sous vide is a technique that can get you some good results in certain cases but it alone does not make food good. This food, unfortunately, focuses on having fancy descriptions and appearance and lacks any substantial flavor. It is kind of par for the course for the sort of food you'll find frequented by tech people in San Francisco, I suppose.

I was so excited about the wagyu patty slider but it didn’t really meet my expectations. The meat was overcooked. It lacked flavor. This slider was $4.5 but this food truck also serves fries and bowls and a $13 grilled cheese sandwich . But most people go for their sliders and fries.
These sliders are some of the best quality sandwiches I have ever had. They sous vide the meat so it’s so juicy and tender. Absolutely delicious.
Good food, but don’t believe the wait times online for pickup. Quotes 15-30 minutes, but took over an hour.

I orders 3 fried chicken sliders ( $20), and not sure if I caught them on a bad day but they were dry and bland. I had to go back and get extra sauce which didn't help that much. Wouldn't recommend for the price
