Just turn right after security, opened to star alliance members and business class travellers, has a lot of seating , bar, dining and self service area with showers etc. Good spread, quiet.
This Polaris Lounge is outstanding in every way!The shower suites are fantastic to revitalize after a long flight.
Overall, a positive experience. The on demand dining is great conceptually but the lukewarm service and a sub par execution of some dishes leave a bit to be desired. The lunch buffet is fine and an improvement on American lounges but doesn’t hold a candle to better lounges in Asia or Europe. The bar and the bartender are excellent in making cocktails on demand so that’s a plusThe quiet room and showers are fully stocked so good additions.
This may be one of the best airport lounges I've ever been to. I enjoy every single stay here - it's quiet, clean, the food is great, the WiFi is fast, and the staff is attentive. There are quiet rooms, showers, a nice restaurant, and anything else one may ask for.If you have some extra time: come here early and order at the restaurant. The burger is amazing. The only downside is that they don't serve alcohol-free beer in the restaurant area -- you can get one at the bar, though.
We were invited to this clubs because of our business class seats on Turkish Air. It is one of the nicer clubs I’ve been to. They have a nice dining room where they take your order and serve you at the table. The food there was hot or miss. The cheese plate was nice and so was the buffet outside of the restaurant which we brought it into the restaurant. The lime custard was one of my favorite. It was like a crème brûlée infused with lime. So good. They would get drinks from the bar for you as well. The service was only ok. They never brought our entree. It is very spacious and the restrooms were great.
The drinks are good, the food is excellent had a burger and the Thai lime dessert, also salad and soup. top shelf drinks and really good service.
Overall, it is a decent airport lounge. It has a dine in style restaurant. First, I was fascinated by ordering dishes on a menu. The food presentations were excellent, but most of taste turned out below average of most airport lounge food. But, at least, dine in restaurant provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. And top of that, staffs are very friendly. Drinks selections are about average of airport lounge standards. I don’t experience all their features because of personal Covid caution.
Just one of the best lounges worldwide! Amazing dining and lots of space. Showers, quiet rooms…. Just perfect!
We have been enjoying visiting the Polaris Lounge when we fly with UA. The lounge is new and spacious especially after the remodeling. We certainly do not miss the time when we had to be in other lounges when it was closed. The staff are friendly and always have smile on their faces. They are attentive to passengers' needs. We like the dining room and be prepare around lunch time it gets busy. The shower and quiet rooms are our must prior hopping on our long international flights.
The lounge was great. The entry is right next to the security checkin on Gates G.The lounge is big and clean and has seating for groups and individual. There is a nice nar inside. There are good food options, both vegetarian and non vegetarian but the food was a bit cold. There was options of salad, rice, pasta, soup and dessert. Would have given it 5 start if the food was hot.
