Low quality food. Awful coffee. Nice sitting area. For better drinks you have to pay (discounted prices though). If you are looking for good coffee or food, go to a normal airport restaurant.\\nWe had a pass so we didn’t pay the entrance fee.

A spacious and clean lounge. The food is nothing to rave about. $59 entry includes basic spirits and wine. The lady behind the bar could be friendlier!

We used this lounge b/c we had complementary pass that was going to expire shortly (without it, you have to pay $59). Being said that, this club is not worth it. Low quality food that a 2-star inn can provide as complementary breakfast. Seating is okay, but there are many similarly comfortable chairs in the public area at the SFO. In sum, I don’t recommend unless you have free pass.

Peaceful, clean, well stocked. A good respite before a long flight. Flight QR code scanner is very slow, however, frustrating the reception staff.

Dated furniture and decor. Not enough seating for even small groups of 3 or 4. Too bright. Bar is expensive. Food choices are OK. We brought a guest and paying for their overpriced entry fee was a production. The card machine only does swipe (no chip, contactless, or Google/Apple Pay) and took 5 attempts with 3 different cards.

Paid $59 for a comfortable seat after flying over 25 hours. The chair was worth it...The food was the most low quality thing you have ever seen. Would you like some hot burritos in a metal tin that are still in their plastic, kind of like 7-Eleven style? How about some macaroni salad? There is a beautiful metal tray with string cheese packages laid out, and when you enter the food area there is a beautiful tower of Styrofoam cup of noodles to greet you.

Ok but not really cool, there are better lounges

I am referring to the United Club at SFO international terminal near gate G6.Unfortunately, the United Polaris Lounge was closed, so I had to visit this place. It was very busy, almost at capacity. The food and beverage selection was very limited and didn't really meet my expectations for a business lounge. Service was bad. Especially the bartender wasn’t really motivated and didn’t treat guests very well.I also missed some more relaxed seating.Hopefully Polaris Lounge is ready soon.

I could not give a zero rating. The staff is a harassed bunch - the lounge is small and delivers little and so the service staff is surly and defensive. The front desk was actually belligerent - they ran out of capacity due to delayed flights and so they were practically snapping at incoming guests. Probably the worst international airline lounge I have been to.

We got in too late to fully enjoy this Club, but what we saw was awesome!
