Ok lounge for the area, the service was efficient but the options for food were still limited I am guessing due to staffing or the post Covid norm. The bar was nice and the coffee good. Overall a nice place to get away as the terminals are starting to really pickup with people traveling. Was there on a Sunday from 1pm to 3pm.
By far the best United Club around. Spacious with a good bar and plenty of food options. The staff is very friendly and they maintain a clean space.
The location is quite convenient, and the place is clean and spacious with lots of room in between seats. However, food and beverage choices are very limited and much fewer than what they used to offer.
It's big and nice. Full, but I found a seat. The snacks are healthy and fine. On this red eye trip, it's not nearly as crowded as the Centurian Lounge, so that's nice. It's relaxing in here. I usually go to the Centurian Lounge 1st & then end up in here afterward. 9/29/19: not crowded this morning. Nice simple breakfast food. Polite efficient staff. 2/19/20: Not busy at 4:40 am. It's nice to rest in here before my flight to New Jersey & then to Rome, Italy. It's quiet, & the free food & drinks are ok. 6/4/21: It's different now. No buffet. The food is small & packaged. You have to get drinks at the bar. 7/19/21: good hot ? ? & breakfast options. Not crowded at 8 am. 8/27/21: Not too busy at 10 pm. Nice hot food offerings & salads, + treats. 1/7/22: Packed for a while. Nice snacks.
I loved the ships models. Nice and welcoming. One of the good launges
Classy lounge with quite some seats. However, given that this is the only united club that opens past 9pm (and likely the only lounge nearby that opens until 11pm), this place is packed late evening. They were declining access to guests with one-time club passes, but that didn't seem to help a lot.
We are back in 2021. Still a nice place. Busy, but nice.It is a wonderful place to hang out before the flight. We are having some red wine, cheese and crackers. The staff are nice. I like the decor. Try to become a member it worth it, you can watch TV and relax. I wish they had a place we could take a nap as well. What do you think about this place?
A very poor substitute for the Polaris passenger. Coffee machine broken and only cold milk for coffee. Rude staff. Overcrowded and takes up to 30 mins to get in. United is Short changing the international business class passenger in SFO.
Weird that they have social distancing markers while you are in line but as soon as you go into the actual club all bets are off. Every seat filled and no social distancing dividers to be seen. Guess United doesn't care to limit capacity in any way. Lots of mediocre items to eat and bad coffee. Not much to see here.
A place to relax with plenty of food and a variety of refreshments inside the United terminal at San Francisco Airport. Grab a drink from the bar before your flight.
