Food was ok. Definitely not the best Northern pho in Bay Area as they claim on their wall (go to South Bay for way better; eg Pho Ha Noi, Pho Ga Nha, etc). The whole surroundings were horrible. It’s located in the most sketchy area of San Francisco so our eating experience was impacted by that a lot. Staff was ok. If you want to eat surrounded by homeless people in scenes from The Walking Dead, definitely a place to visit. It was our first time and the last time I brought my family there.

Been going there for 7 years. Used to be good, now just complacent. Services are terrible as they never check on you. Before you are even done eating, they shovel the check in your face, without asking if you are done. They started charging money for the crappiest tea, which used to be free. This is how you thank your customer’s loyalty?

Always delicious chicken pho here. I usually go for the #10 pho with chicken giblets or pho ga long (liver, gizzards, etc), which will not be for everyone. The broth and noodles are always satisfying to savor along with the giblets to munch on. Vietnamese coffee also hits the spot. I always take my visiting friends and family over here.

This is a good spot to eat around tenderloin if you like soup. Chicken soup always good never gets old. Service was very fast and reasonable price

I took Pho bo ap chao here, big portion ans it tasted so good! After a long time that I've tasted that such good of Pho as in Hanoi where I come from??

I live in the area so I drop by here about once a year and every single time I think it's overrated there are many places close by that are far better. I think the fall here is bland. They don't have any seafood whatsoever which seems strange for a oriental place.

Beef and chicken pho are both amazing!

I usually get their Pho Ga (#9 Chicken Noodle Soup, no giblets). This time (after COVID) we were able to eat Indoors (in the restaurant) with proof of vaccination. Understandably, prices have gone up some; however, was disappointed with the quality. There's not much chicken in the soup and it was a little watery.

Tried chicken pho, but can't find the taste of chicken pho in Hanoi Vietnam or the Pho Thap Rua used to be in El Monte, Los Angeles.

? Today was a bit chilly, perfect weather for some Chicken Pho (Pho Ga) ? . I was recommended to ask for a side of lemon sauce so this time I did. Yes, it was amazing ?.How I eat pho:I drink about 1/4 of the broth to honor the flavor and its essence. I grab a piece of chicken and dip into the lemon sauce, eat it. The lemon sauce hits you, resets your taste buds, and enhances your next bite. I then put some sriracha and stir it into the soup. The soup has now evolved ? into a rich spicy chicken broth. I drink another 1/4 of the soup exposing some the noodles on top. Then I repeat the dipping method and continue to devour the best chicken pho.
