Best pho I’ve ever had! (Even better than in Vietnam).
Their fried spring roll is absolutely delicious. It’s one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It doesn’t look spectacular, but tastes amazing. The fried skin has the texture of fried pork skin, which is unique. I tried their Hanoi style beef pho as well. It’s good, but not as amazing as their spring roll. I wish there are more savory aroma and beefy flavor in the broth.
Been coming here for years. The food is amazing! The neighborhood is very colorful. But the food is so amazing its worth the trip! Get the Number 24 for some exciting food to amaze your palette!
Kinda like a favorite dive bar except the food is spectacular. The Imperial rolls maybe second to none. Everything on the menu is cheap and cheerful so do yourself a solid cheer yourself...
Just stupid good food, some of the best in SF. Also surprisingly really well priced. Just go.

I have only been here once and it was twenty years ago. It still tastes just as good as it did then! The Imperial rolls are tasty, and the shrimp, beef and chicken with crispy noodles couldn't get in my mouth fast enough!
I have been eating here for over a decade and the food has always been amazing.
very good shrimp rice, a must have
