Miso Ramen with chashu and pork gyoza !
Foods ok. But look at my photo, I don't know how to review it.
We went gate for dinner. It’s a nice restaurant with great vegan and vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian ramen which was a must based ramen with soft Boiled egg. I chose the bean sprouts, mushrooms as the toppings. My friend chose the tonkotsu ramen. Both the ramen were really great. It was mild spicy where we could taste the flavor of the actual ingredients. We also ordered the tempura platter and the pink gyoza. The appetizers were really good as well. The tempura batter was really light and the combination with the soy sauce was really good. Overall it was really good culinary experience.
We loved the ramen there and we got a good recommandation what to choose. We absolutely liked it. The service was super nice.
Smartly painted, counter-serve ramen joint. Friendly service. But the food itself was slightly off in terms of taste.The chicken karaage had almost a smoky flavor and the batter (though good), seemed better suited for tempura. The miso ramen, though tasty, again didn’t seem to taste very Japanese.
Shoyu noodles was okay. Unagi is yummy. Fried oysters are the best I ate lately
My son loved the broth he raved about it the entire meal, but that was about it everything else was just okay. We both got the tonkatsu ramen his was no spice and I had medium. I found the broth to be a bit salty and more of a miso base then bone broth. Also note to have a vaccination card on hand if you want to stay and eat in.
Amazing ramen! Delicious broth and chasu. Staffs are nice and efficient. Will come here again.
Very good ramen, but not entirely my favorite style. It was quite quick to get food and service though
My reason for no dinner tonight; I had a late lunch To Go, today 2:45 pm, Torraku-Ramen on De Haro, Chicken Katsu Don, Tempura and Edamame- All So Yummy!
