This was very disappointing,We ordered fish &Chips , cheese burger deluxe.The cheese burger was Soggy, the lettuce was either old or not wash properly. The fries was still frozen on the inside and the fish was very dry and over cooked.The
Came in here hoping to get some food for my son and I. And all they have is a screen to order from. Try to view what a certain item consisted of and couldn't even go back without ordering that item. SMH. Gonna put the business under really quickly this way
I love the vibe here. Its a fancy hot dog place so its got some avant-garde menu items. All items are pretty good. Decor is awesome though it is a bit loud. Sometimes seating can be limited as this is a popular spot.
Today a new employee female hispanic girl was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a BLT with egg and I tried to confirm my order. She replied in a loud rude tone. “I WROTE DOWN YOUR ORDER ALREADY SEE LOOK”. I told her that I didn’t understand what you wrote because I didn’t worked there. I never questioned her about wrong doing she was very disrespectful. I have been a customer for 20 years.

Great turkey burgers at a reasonable price. And, it's difficult to find a good turkey burger in SF. Also appreciate the wheat bun option.
The place is ok. I ordered the chili cheese fries and the chilies on the fries wasn't great. The only I was hoping for both spicy and flavor but ended up with a bit of flavor. The fries and cheese were really good. My advice to everyone is to order regular fries.⚠️ : When you walk in, there will be fans above you so don't come to this place above the height of 6'0 . Also, don't stretch your arms up if you at the height of 5 '1 - 6 '0.
Can't go wrong with their vegetarian burger. Plus the fries are always so crispy and fresh!
Extremely solid diner burger. The staff is solid as a rock. If you get curly fries they'll come in a 4 oz bag but you'll get 20oz of fries filling the takeout bag. So freaking amazing. Love this place. Hidden gem.
