The place and equipment are very clean and new. The staff are attentive and sincere. There are a variety of unique drinks to choose from, most are cold, made from natural ingredients, and flavorful. The one I got is Matcha Milk Snow w/ boba. The snow is a scoop of matcha ice cream.
Hong Kong milk tea with grass jelly! One of the best of all the other places I've tried! Good customer service!

We are always order from this store like every week , our favorite are No.2 Green tea macha and No.8 honey avocado smoothies and No.4 coconut mongo , those are really great with white boba ( agar boba ) , love it

We came here on a Monday night, and being right under the Times Square Ace hotel, their seats were almost full. They didn't have any tents for outdoor seating, and instead had some small wooden tables set up within an enclosure of potted plants, some of which had string lights.
