Stumbled across this place while walking through town and the music drew me in. Had a great time enjoying the band and dancing at the Saloon!

The Saloon was awesome! Oldest bar in San Francisco w/ Live Blues music, this place doesn't disappoint! You can tell the place hasn't changed much outside of a new coat of paint (probably because paint was invented after it was established, that's how old it is). Paint was probably invented before but come on..... I'd highly recommend checking this bar out in the North Beach neighborhood. It is CASH ONLY and they don't have an ATM.
A gritty North Beach bar that during the daylight hours caters to tourists and local hard core alcoholics. But at night transforms into an awesome blues bar with great live music.

Saloon is the oldest bar in SF and has a dive bar feel. I love the cozy atmosphere here and the live music is usually good to dance.

This is one of the realist and most fun bars I’ve ever been to. I first walked up to it it looks like such a dive but I had an absolute blast. Highly recommend.
Live music, it was awesome. Normally, it would be no more than 3 because of the way the space is organized and because of how the restrooms look.
