Went here for lunch, all you can eat and it was amazing! The service is really good, the staff is really kind and got our food out very quickly. They had a really good variety of meats and veggies for the lunch special. You order the meats through your phone and they bring it your table. The veggies, noodles and sauces are all self serve which makes it easy to grab what you want. They also give you a sweet tea with your buffet, which helps with the spicy broth!
We loved it here! The all you can eat price is $37.99 per person which is a little on the expensive side. We went on a Monday night for dinner so it wasn’t super busy! Got seated right away and the service was excellent the whole time! You scan the QR code the order the soups, meats and any special items that they have on the menu. We got the pork bone and the Mala soup. Both the soups were tasty but it is an additional $5 for the additional soup. Everything else you can get from their buffet bar. They had plenty of veggies and some fish balls and seafood options on the buffet as well. They also had a couple dessert options and also a sauce bar. Overall it was a great experience :)
I have been to hot pots before, but this place has to be by far my favorite. The tonkatsu broth is by far the best I’ve had. Great variety of fixings for the soups without being overwhelming. Everything in here was so flavorful. The tropical tea that is included in the all you can eat is a must try. Great modern ambiance and easy ordering via QR code.
This place is a bit different than the other AYCE hotpot/shabu shabu restaurants, you have to use your Android/iPhone to scan a QR code, you will than be taken to an online ordering system (with menu items and a shopping cart). Once you send your order in, within minutes, the kitchen with bring your order out, the pot with the soup is rather large and it is recessed into the tabletop. Different flavored prepared drinks are filled into bunch one liter bottles and placed in the fridge for you to take, (which are included in the price... I think you have to pay for soft drinks and of course alcohols) vegies and many other food ítems are placed on cold tables for you to get at anytime. Also, plenty varieties of sauces/herbs/minced garlic for you to mix and experiment with!PS try lunch for almost half the price of dinner, but dinner with friends are more fun! ;)
This is probably my favorite hot pot place in SF! Really fast AYCE and a huge selection of meats and veggies and other stuff. They have a nice sauce bar and self-serve veggie, dumpling, and meat ball stations. You can order via mobile as well so you don't need to wait for anyone to show up, but the staff is really nice. It can get pretty cramped though, but worth it!
This place is amazing, the food is good and fresh; and Winnie is the best! So well coming100% recommend to eat here! You won’t regret
We had the all-you-can-eat Hotpot dinner. The were variations of meats (beef, lamb, and pork), seafoods, and vegetables to choose from. We had the Miso Soup and the Chicken Pho Soup. They were both extremely salty--to a point where I couldn't really taste the meats. Given this, the somewhat limited selection, and the $50 (after tax & tip) per person tab, makes it a "maybe," rather than a "recommend" for me.The restaurant was very clean. The service was good--friendly staff.
Great place to eat if you are really hungry
Wife and I went for the first time. Great experience for AYCE (all you can eat) hot pot / buffet. Highly recommend trying it out. Our only complaint is that the soup was WAY too salty to drink. (Though it's fine if you're just using it to cook, though still on the salty side). They told us it's because this place caters to a lot of drinkers who prefer salty foods, so they do consciously make the soup on the salty side. We didn't know that we could tell them to make it less salty in the beginning. Otherwise, all the food and beverages were excellent. The place was very clean. Stylish. Decent service.Be sure to order the dessert "crispy mantou condensed milk" -- so simple but amazing. Also, be careful not to eat too much. It can give the slight feeling that you've had food poisoning (even though it's not!), and especially tends to happen if you combine many kinds of food in your stomach at once. Just like any buffet. This is not the restaurant's fault, obviously, and in the case of a buffet like this, it's a testament to how delicious the food is. Moderate yourself!
Hadn't been here since 2018, and decided to try out out again tonight as we start going back out. Came around 6:30 on a Sunday and there were only 2-3 other groups there. Got busier as the evening went on. I do not recall how the buffet area was precovid, but basically everything except raw meat and dumplings are set up in the buffet. I'm still a bit weary, but I suppose all germs will cook off in the brothThe broths were delicious, we got the tonkatsu and the spicy miso which was like a 4/10 on spicy scale. Note they charge $5 for two broths vs just one. But worth it to try more! The meat was great and not too fatty (Im overly picky & hate when there's tons of fat on the sides, my husband doesn't care). The wagyu was very tender, and pork was good. Everything is ACYE, for around $37.99 per person. They have lots of different noodles at the buffet (right side in pic), and all kinds of fish (shrimp, mussels, squid, octopus, tofu, baby corn, bamboo) and everything else you'd find on a hot pot menu.Left side is sauce ingredients, veggies that were very fresh, mushrooms, some brownies for dessert and far left was some fried items (egg rolls, potstickers, yao tiu). Lots of different aloe juices in the fridge in left, mango, prune etc. all included. Soda & alcohol are not included. They give little ice cream bowls at the end, vanilla or green tea. Pro tip: put brownie chunks in the ice cream!Overall, it felt like everything was very clean. Each table has hand San and wipes to use after being at the buffet. I'd like to see a hand San at the buffet asking guests to use before touching tongs, but happy to see it's at the tables for each guests discretion. Will definitely be back again! Staff is also super friendly and I got to practice my Cantonese!
