This place is great. Very friendly staff. I was in from out of town and placed order one day for pick up but ended up not being able to pick it up They were very understanding and provided refund. The next day I was sure to go there and was very pleased. My two year old was with me and everyone there was very friendly to her. One of the employees even brought over some cookie butter for her apples.
Melt is delish and I recommend stopping by for good food and great customer service. Keyz, the server, went above and beyond to make sure our food was up to our satisfaction and that we were well taken care of. I'm so glad we decided to stop at Melt for an awesome lunch. Thank you Keyz for a great lunch.
This is BAD food, sincerely. You could build houses with the bread. It’s solid enough. The beef tastes like it’s never been warmer than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. The fries are the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. This was an abysmal experience. McDonald’s is down the street and would have been way better. Don’t do it
The location was understaffed. I waited 25 minutes before bothering the staff. They had forgotten my order. They were courteous enough to refund the cost of the grilled cheese sandwich and prepared one for me to take with me when I walked back to work. It was an unfortunate experience. Food was ...fine. Staff was trying hard, but not supported with enough people that day. 3 of 5 stars.
We had a great dining experience at The Melt Embarcadero location. The food was outstanding and the service was very good! The French Fries with Melt seasoning were delicious. My family enjoyed their Mac-N-Cheesy, Mac Daddy, and Chopped Cobb Salad.
In San Francisco, it was dirty, the hamburgers were full of grease not in a normal way and they totally fall a part. The worst ever fries that I have eaten Don’t order the garlic an Parmesan fries, they are green, dripping in grease and chunks of garlic, it is not a delicate taste of garlic, it literally chunks and chunks, too strong. I wouldn’t recommend this place
Wonderful food outstanding service from Krissy and her staff. Was well worth the walk down to the Embarcadero along with the fantastic view. If you are in San Francisco and are hungry don't miss a visit to The Melt. It will melt your ?. You too will be a fan just like my family and myself. Thank you Krissy for being so nice and prompt with our order. We'll be back soon you can count on it. I could go on and on about how much i love this place but i really can't wait to dig in to their incredible food
when they said the juciest burgers, The Melt delivers. It melts in your mouth with every bite.
I wasn't a big fan of this location, but I really like the basic grilled cheese sandwiches and the cheese croutons in the caesar salad.I definitely recommend this be a once a month or every other month thing; the grilled cheese is quite good if you don't have it all the time. It was a little greasy/oily for my taste on 2/19/22 when I had it.
I don't usually leave reviews, but their service really impressed me. The person who took my order was able to answer my questions about the ingredients and the food preparation without thinking about it much. There are a lot of horrible restaurants with employees that have no idea what they serve. I'm glad that the Melt isn't one of them. It's two in the morning right now and I'm still thinking about the amazing patty melt sandwich I had.
